The service from flatio is in general good and I liked the easy payment throught their homepage. But I have to critic, that I booked the appartment for 40€/night for a whole month, when I wanted to add two days to the contract, they wanted to charge 3 times the price per night, even the apartment was still free. This I didn´t find customer frindly. So I booked something else for the 2 nights.

It's actually a little hard for me to make any judgments right now since I just filled everything out and am waiting for the response on my reservation. I think this type of survey should be done after a person has completed the process completely in terms of renting something for a period of time and then being sent the survey at the end of their lease.... Just my opinion.
