Overally good! :) but I don't like that when the day of payment is approaching (but still there is like 1-2 days to deadline) and I wanted to pay by Flatio platform - I had to add extra fee to the bill due to "late payment". I don't get it... If I was already late I would understand, but there was still a time so why this extra fee?

Flatio is great, this is a good short-term rental option! very user-friendly. Please improve: the dog-friendly filter, as a lot of apartments "allow dogs after agreement " and you can not filter only the apartments that allow that. there is another filter regarding pets but it's not this one and it gives almost no results.

I like that there are no deposits. I don't feel comfortable give a large deposit to a landlord I have never met in person. Also booking fees are cheaper than other sites. And generally the website is very well designed and through.

Estabelecer regras diferentes de indemnização aos senhorios para cessação de contratos de duração inicial superior a 3 meses, antes de decorridos 2/3 do contrato, porque têm havido muitas reservas para vistos nómadas digitais que são fictícios e só para obter o visto. Nestes casos os senhorios e a Flatio têm o calendário reservado durante muitos meses antes e depois perdendo outras oportunidades de aluguer. Isto gera desequilíbrio e perda de rendimentos para senhorios e Flatio e causa insegurança e desconfiança dos senhorios nas reservas que surgem por esta plataforma.
