Overall I was very satisfied with Flatio, and would recommend them. Some things that could have been smoother include (1) payment was difficult. I tried several methods, but they all were declined for security reasons. I ultimately was able to send a bank wire, but a credit card would have been much easier. I'm not sure how much of this is in Flatio's control, but something to keep an eye on at least. (2) For rent reminder emails, include the due date in the subject! (3) I felt like I received a lot of emails from Flatio; I'd recommend looking closely at the email sequence to see if anything could be cut out.
