Tive algumas experiências nas quais os inquilinos reservavam por seis meses para obter o visto, e depois cancelavam para o depósito do primeiro mês fosse devolvido. Penso que a Flatio se devia acautelar com este tipo de situação. Deixei de alugar por seis meses por causa destas situações.

Payment system on Flatio is not ideal. Flatio shoud conisder debit VISA/Master and other cards. Perhaps integrating Stripe payment system may be a good idea?
