al tener un contrato con el inquilino hay seguridad de saber que todo esta cubierto por la plataforma, creo que deberian colocar una parte como un "tiempo de preparacion" es decir, luego de una reserva cuantos dias vamos a destinar a la limpieza del mismo para no tener que bloquear manualmente el calendario.
