Everything was great on Flatio's part. My only wish is that the Wifi speed was one of the mandatory things for a landlord to list. Ditigal nomads needs to have reliable wifi, and it would be good to include screenshots of speedtests to make sure that it's adequate for people's work. Just listing "Wifi" isn't enough for everyone's work. Some need to video call, which means the speed needs to be very high and stable, while others may not have serious needs as far as stability or speed, but are happy with around 10mbps. I think it would be helpful to have a range maybe where landlords must pick 50mbps etc.
