You do a good job, I do find that the hosts on Airbnb put more effort on how they treat their guests and they also have more attention to detail. I would love if Flatio helped hosts up their game a bit more to compete with other competing platforms. In example I am at an airbnb and not only every little detail in this house was thought with the guest confort in mind, I was greated with traditional cookies, cakes and liquor samples to give a taste of the Madeiran cousine. On Flatio I either dont get greated with none of that or get a tuna can and some crackers. Also the houses I was a guest in flatio tend to not be that well cleaned nor they are made thinking on the constant comfort of the guest. Maybe you guys could create a system to incentivize and teach the hosts to up their game.

I liked that everything is prepared in advance (the contract etc) and the prices are not as exuberant as on other sites for short-term rental.

Apparently the transparency and the way the procedure goes is fair and square for both owners and tenants Why ?? because other websites charge you before you get in touch with owner or landlord and thus you stuck already in case you didn't get a proper agreement or deal
