I think the process was great all the way. Probably I would emphasize more the quality of the internet on the listings, as this is very important for people working remotely.

Take less fees :/ 9-10% is a lot. Airbnb only takes about 3% from the host.

Always on time to remind me the rent. However, they are a bit disorganized and do not keep a good track of the payments. They sent me a lot of mails even after I paid rent that said that I hadn’t paid. Nevertheless, the site provides very nice services and keeps the tenants updated

Overall good experience with the site and the property I was in. The customer service was friendly as well. I felt like the service fee was too high and wasn't presented upfront, which felt sneaky, and this is why I won't recommend Flatio to my friends.
