Byla špatná komunikace mezi Flatio poslední platbou a mnou. zároveň, je špatně nastavené, že když se prodlužuje pobyt, tak se splatnost skočí o 10 dní zpět a ihned to hlásí po splatnosti. jinak je vše ok.

Our experience with Flatio has been very good overall, and the platform worked smoothly throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and reliable. The only reason we are giving it one point less is due to the relatively high fees for card payments and the fact that it is not possible to pay in euros. Aside from this, we were very satisfied with the service and would still recommend it.

The transfer of rent payments were very easy, it's good that there's a communication channel with the host on the site. The customer support was also very quick and helpful. One unfortunate thing was that our rent was in CZK, while our bank accounts operate in EUR, so all options added approx. 35 EUR to our rent payment due to transaction and exchange fees.
