A felületen soha nem találom rögtön meg amit éppen aktuálisan keresek, szerintem nem jól áttekinthető. A két foglalás közé beragadt időpontokat nem lehet külön kezelni, külön arra az időpontra árat és mennyiséget (éjszakák számát) beállítani.

služby mi přijdou skvělé, jediné co mi nevyhovovalo, že v případě když prodlužuji ubytování automaticky se nastaví prioritní platba, která je zpoplatněná i v úrovni několik stovek korun.

Eu tenho um contrato para serviços de AL e o vosso considera apenas arrendamento e nao alojamento temporario ( para professionais, turistas, fins transitorios). Acho uma falha até porque a lei Portuguesa só permite fazer 1 contrato de arrendamento por ano, o que impede, por exemplo, que este ano volte a aceitar uma reserva vossa.

Flatio makes letting out my apt easier. What you should improve: you should explicitly call the attention of guests that cleaning the apt is their repsonsibility!

Overall I’m very satisfied and would recommend Flatio. One improvement I would suggest is making the payment overview clearer and more consolidated, ideally showing full contract coverage, breakdown, and corresponding days in one view instead of across multiple tabs. It would also help to better understand how search ranking and visibility are determined, and how they can be improved.
