Good customer service. The owner's 'rules' were different to the rules in the contract. I'd suggest Flatio clarify with owners that they should not be permitted to do this.

The services were great. I called once during the power outage during non operating hours and was followed up that day with a call from a rep making sure everything was good.

Sometimes a bit of a struggle to communicate with. Never got the refund that they said I should get and I was looking for.

Variety of flats, customer service has been excellent (I have used Flatio for 4 apartments now in 2 different cities - every time has been the best).

Flatio was a very pleasant surprise. I discovered it through a colleague from work who was also doing his internship abroad and had used Flatio himself, and I’m very glad he recommended it to me. It proved to be an excellent alternative to the more established platforms in this field, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The booking process was straightforward, the service was reliable, and the communication was easy. The only thing I would mention as an area for improvement is the lack of a dedicated mobile application for iOS or Android, which would make the experience even more convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Flatio to others looking for accommodation abroad.
