i was able to book the place without issues. the process was fairly straight-forward with no hidden charges. i sometimes experienced issues with the app, such as having to input the city name twice when searching, or not getting logged in. when writing this review, i got logged out after clicking "finish" and lost all my input.

Flatio website was easy to use. I do wish the pricing was more transparent up front. I had $200 in additional fees added on after choosing the location.

Easy to book. It would be good if passport/ID details are masked on the contract pdf to comply with GDPR. It was also very hard to change the date of tenancy even if the landlord agreed to it. It would have been nice to be able to do it via your platform as a request to send to the landlord. I think it is also hard to navigate for landlords too.

I really liked this experience with Flatio. The only thing I had issue with was that when my airconditioner was broken and the landlord had not fixed it for 4 days, I was advised by Flatio to contact the insurance but not quoted the insurance contract and they were not able to assist. They also mentioned they had limited assistance in Portugal. Thankfully, I finally heard from the landlord that repair had been organised, but not for another 4 days after. So the airconditioner was broken for 8 days and no discount offered.
