Everything was good, and the security provided by the service is a great thing to have. However, messaging on the website can be a bit clunky. I think it would be very useful to have an app to be able to message the owner on the go.

Currently Flatio is my go to for finding medium to long term accommodation. Ensure landlords are active. Some have listings to which they are unresponsive.

I think it's very difficult to contact Flatio. With other platforms we have tools to contact a member of the team to help us solve any issue we have, so I find it really upsetting that Flatio is so difficult to reach.

Líbí se mi, že Flatio nabízí google na druhém místě, hned po booking.com. Našemu dlouhodobějšímu nájemníkovi se nelíbilo, že musel zaplatit s prvním nájem provizi Flatiu za celý pobyt. Proč se provize neplatí po měsících stejně jako nájem?
