A Palotanegyed világához, melyet az egyetemek, turisták, lakóközönség tesz egészen egyedivé, már hozzánőtt a Lőrinc pap tér egészen különleges hangulata, ahol a templomok és a világi örömök összeérnek. (Január közepétől indul a környező utcák átalakítása.)
A téren áll a Zichy palota és a Jézus Szíve Templom szomszédságában az eklektikus Darányi palota, melynek története színes és izgalmas.
Az épület belső tere rendezett, a lakók kis közössége, igazi otthonként gondol az épületre.
A lakás teljeskörűen felújított, minden cserére került. (Motoros redőnyök, hűtő-fűtő klíma, modern gázkazán.)
A lakás a folyosó végén helyezkedik el, így átjárás nincs előtte. Egy asztalka székekkel saját részre használható. Ugyanitt kerékpár tárolása is megoldható.
A lakás szobái az utcára, konyhás előtere a belső térre nyílik. Az ablakok hő- és hang szigeteltek.
A fűtés-hűtés klímával és gázkazánnal megoldott.
Az udvar alkalmas kerékpár tárolásra.
A konyha magas minőségű olasz konyhabútorral és minőségi német gépekkel van felszerelve.
A lakás elrendezésében figyeltünk arra, hogy legyen benne tér és lehetőség nagyobb baráti, családi összejövetelekre. Mivel saját tapasztalatunk alapján a konyha a lakás lelke, egy hatalmas konyha-étkezőbe lépünk, ahol helyet kapott az előszoba is. Innen nyílik két hatalmas ajtóval a két különálló szoba, illetve fürdőszoba. A hálószobából nyílik még egy a gardróbszoba.
A fürdőszobában egy mosó- és szárítógép került elhelyezésre.
A környéken több élelmiszerbolt, parkoló, orvosi rendelő, gyógyszertár, étterem van.
A háztól a belváros közlekedése és a Metró vonalak is könnyen elérhetőek. Az M1, M0, M6 autópályák 20 percen belül megközelíthetőek.
Parkolás az utcán, ill. több környező mélygarázsban havi bérleményként megoldható.
Teremgarázshely külön összegért bérelhető, egy közeli ház mélygarázsában.
A bérleti díj a havi közüzemi szolgáltatások díját és a közös költség összegét tartalmazza.
A lakáshoz, külön díjazásért tudunk takarítást biztosítani.
A lakás jelenleg a képen látható bútorokkal van berendezve. További bútorozás megbeszélés alapján megoldható.

The apartment has been completely renovated, everything has been replaced.
The apartment is located at the end of the corridor, so there is no passage in front of it, small table and chairs can be used for its own.
The rooms of the apartment open onto the street, and the hall with the kitchen opens onto the interior. The windows are heat and sound insulated.
Heating and cooling is solved with air conditioning and a gas boiler.

Since, based on our own experience, the kitchen is the soul of the apartment, we enter a huge kitchen-dining room, where the hall is also located. There are several grocery stores, a parking lot, a doctor's office, a pharmacy, and a restaurants in the area.
The city center and the Metro lines are easily accessible from the house. The M1, M0, M6 motorways can be reached within 20 minutes.
Parking on the street or can be arranged as a monthly rental in the Rákóczi tér underground garage.
A garage space can be rented for an additional fee in the underground garage of a nearby house.
