Ugodno produženje. Želite li ostati duže u stanu? Nema problema. Ako vlasnik potvrdi da je stan dostupan za vas, produžit ćete ugovor online. Slično tome, ugovor se može raskinuti jednostavnom obaviješću od 30 dana prije, opet online.
Sve uključeno u cijenu. Najam uključuje sve usluge, uključujući sadržaje i Wi-Fi, i ne naplaćuje se osim ako ne prelazi 15 % najma. To vam štedi puno papirologije prilikom primopredaje stana. Ako smještaj ne nudi Wi-Fi, to je jasno navedeno na stranici oglasa.
Uvijek 30 dana unaprijed. Bilo da se useljavate početkom ili sredinom mjeseca, plaćena najamnina uvijek pokriva 30 dana koji slijede. Uz Flatio, “mjesec" uvijek počinje s vašim useljenjem i nikada nećete plaćati višestruke najamnine u isto vrijeme.
Snimi fotografije stana. Preporučujemo da snimite fotografije koje prikazuju trenutačno stanje stana na prvi i zadnji dan najma i pošaljete nam slike. Fotografije, zajedno s potpisanim protokolom primopredaje, bit će od velike pomoći u slučaju bilo kakvih neugodnih situacija za koje se nadamo da se nikada neće dogoditi.

We stayed here for a month and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! After years of traveling through 30+ countries, this was hands down one of the most thoughtfully-equipped places we’ve stayed in. You can tell the owner and Lorena really understand what makes a space feel welcoming—as every little detail was thought through, making it feel like a real home, instead of just another rental.
It’s beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, original frescos, and so so so much natural light! The bed was insanely comfortable allowing us to get so much great rest. And the location couldn’t be better... right on the main pedestrian street with a cute balcony for people-watching, but still somehow really quiet inside.
As digital nomads, we also really appreciated the strong, reliable WiFi—no issues at all with video calls or remote work.
We felt so at home here, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a space that gets all the little details right, but this one absolutely did. We’re already missing it—and will 100% be back!!

The neighborhood has such a great energy—bustling and lively during tourist season, but still somehow peaceful. And in the off-season, it’s even more relaxed and calm. There are tons of great restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and markets just steps away, and everything is incredibly walkable. You’re right on the main pedestrian street, just a short stroll to the waterfront, open-air market, and historic landmarks. It’s truly the kind of place where you can step outside and instantly feel connected to the city and the people.
