Ugodno produženje. Želite li ostati duže u stanu? Nema problema. Ako vlasnik potvrdi da je stan dostupan za vas, produžit ćete ugovor online. Slično tome, ugovor se može raskinuti jednostavnom obaviješću od 30 dana prije, opet online.
Sve uključeno u cijenu. Najam uključuje sve usluge, uključujući sadržaje i Wi-Fi, i ne naplaćuje se osim ako ne prelazi 15 % najma. To vam štedi puno papirologije prilikom primopredaje stana. Ako smještaj ne nudi Wi-Fi, to je jasno navedeno na stranici oglasa.
Uvijek 30 dana unaprijed. Bilo da se useljavate početkom ili sredinom mjeseca, plaćena najamnina uvijek pokriva 30 dana koji slijede. Uz Flatio, “mjesec" uvijek počinje s vašim useljenjem i nikada nećete plaćati višestruke najamnine u isto vrijeme.
Snimi fotografije stana. Preporučujemo da snimite fotografije koje prikazuju trenutačno stanje stana na prvi i zadnji dan najma i pošaljete nam slike. Fotografije, zajedno s potpisanim protokolom primopredaje, bit će od velike pomoći u slučaju bilo kakvih neugodnih situacija za koje se nadamo da se nikada neće dogoditi.

Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant—she’s a genuinely kind and attentive person. The apartment, though not very big, was just right for my stay in Berlin. I especially loved the terrace—it was the perfect place for breakfast or a beer in the evening. The location is great too, with excellent public transport links and several interesting areas within walking distance. I’d happily stay here again.

You'll find a strong Turkish influence, with plenty of kebab spots, but also a great variety of other restaurants and services. There are several Lidl and Rewe supermarkets nearby, along with some really cozy cafés perfect for a relaxed morning.
Alexanderplatz is just a 15-minute metro ride away, but if you're in the mood for a walk, you can get there in about 45–50 minutes on foot.

Of course, nothing beats grabbing a beer with friends at the Späti on the corner and soaking in the Berlin vibe.

When I started my stay, there was beign istalled the elevator so it has been available for use since the past month onwards.
The studio has perfect space for one person or even for two. The bed it is really comfortable and easy to open and close so you can choose to have more space during the day and close it. The terraze has amazing views and opening the terraze doors really helps to ventilate the studio since there is not really well ventilation in the building. The bathroom has a really nice size and big mirror. In the bathroom there is one sound coming from the wall that is probably because of pipes issue but not so loud so you can only hear it in the bathroom. At the entrance there is a big shelf where you can put your clothes and in the floor some shoes. The kitchen has all kind of utensills so you can perfectly cook. There is also a soft shutter in the window so you can lower it down to block a little sunlight whenever you want.
When you enter the host shows you the studio and answers any questions you may have at the start and during your stay.
Really nice studio and also the owner, I would deffinetly recommend :)!

The neighborhood it is actually really big, it has like two parts, one with all grocery shops lots of restaurants, bars and nice kebabs, I would say like a bit darker part and the other part that is pretty much more green with parks, nice cofee shops and places to visit like templehoff park, some churches, flea markets... It is really a Berlin neighbourhood with mix of all.

I would trully recommed som really really nice durums/kebabs in this neighbour, going to one park that is less than 5 minutes away from the studio maeby to go for a walk or do sport and there is also a nice platz that has fleah markets on weekends.
