One-bedroom apartment with balcony

Lukáš was very hospitable and helpful. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, well-located and in a quiet and charming neighbourhood. I enjoyed every minute staying in this place with such a nice host.

Great experience. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy and spacious. Lukas was always attentive from the moment I arrived in Prague until my departure, and he helped me whenever I needed it on several occasions. The location is great since it’s in a nice neighborhood, and it’s also very easy to get to the city center in a short time. Highly recommended, no complaints.

The best thing about this apartment is the host, Lukas. He is a wonderful person, easy to communicate with, and always available if there is an issue or a question. I felt that he really cared that I would have a good experience there, and I deeply appreciate it.

The apartment is comfortable and has everything a person needs for their stay. Its location is great: it is close to the city center and the places where expats meet, and it is also within short walking distance to public transport (tram, bus), supermarkets, bars, etc.

The only issue I had was that after a few months, the upstairs tenants changed and started making noises. This situation has greatly improved in recent months, so it may not affect you at all by now (especially if you arrive for a short time). However, if you are sensitive to noises from above, have light sleep, or need to concentrate well on your work, then this may be something to consider.

Zizkov used to have a bad reputation, but now there are many expats living here, bars, cafes, and trendy shops. It may not be the most beautiful or clean neighborhood, but it has a great atmosphere, a good location within the city, and in my opinion, it's the best neighborhood in Prague.

The flat is modern and cozy and has a great location! you can walk to many pubs and restaurants. Metro and tram nearby, as well as shops. The flat is like it appears in the pictures. The furniture is modern and you find a well equipped kitchen. Amazing mattress and very quiet for sleeping! The area is not touristy at all, a lot of everyday life going on here - the real prague so to say. Plus: the real štrudl-house nearby :)
Lukaš has been very friendly and communication was always prompt and friendly too. Overall - I can definitely recommend!

Zizkov is a nice location in Prague, with a lot of shops, and services. There is a close access to Karlin too.

Lukáš is a great landlord! Always ready to support and understand the tenant's circumstances. It's the second time that I rent his place and I'll likely do it again!

Hezky , moderne vybaveny byt. Idealni pro jednu osobu, dobra dostupnost do centra Prahy. Jediny problem byl s parkovanim. Takze idealni pro nekoho, kdo nema auto. Mohu jen doporucit.

Lukáš is available to help on every occasion and the communication with him is always swift and useful, even "remotely" (i.e. without meeting). I highly valued the stay at his place and his support!

Lukas is very helpfull and will assist with any questions you might have about the apartment, the neighborhood or how to get around the city. The apartment is very nicely decorated and fully functional, the building is quiet and it has an elevator. Neighborhood is also quiet and very close to the main railway station (5-7 minutes by car). There is a convenience store right in the corner and also a bus stop that will take you downtown in around 15-20 mins. Shopping mall is only two bus stops away so doing the grocieries or some shopping is not a problem. Overall the apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and everything works perfect, internet is good and there are plenty of tv channels to chose from. Water pressure in the shower is really good and hot water runs perfectly.

Vlastně až na sedačku, která měla být vyměněna a nebyla bylo všechno skvělé. Pan majitel i s maminkou poskytovali perfektní servis od začátku do konce. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme.

Jsem naprosto nadšen nejen samotným bytem ale hlavně přístupem majitele. I místo na kterém se byt nachází je skvělé se vší občanskou vybaveností. Budeme tu na to rádi vzpomínat a všem toto bydlení vřele doporučuji

Lukas is super friendly and extremely easy to talk to. He even picked me up on the first day to get to the place from my current location.
