Purpose of the Stay: The property is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourist and not as permanent residence.2. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Sublet or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent.3. Restrictions: Tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Community Standards must be respected.4. Payment: Rent is paid in advance, as stated in the reservation details and through the Airbnb platform.5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is delivered in good order. At the end of the stay, the tenant must return it in the same condition, except for normal wear. Any damage must be repaired by the tenant.6. Termination: Upon expiration of the contract, the tenant must vacate the property. Departure delays will have a penalty equal to twice the daily proportional rent.7. Data Protection: The personal data provided will be managed according to the applicable legal requirements for the performance of the contract.A draft of the full contract can be sent by email to whoever requests it.
