Our Story – Two Families, Two Apartment Houses in the Heart of Budapest Our story began with friendship – one that has lasted for decades. We are two families who are not only friends but also long-time business partners. Together, we opened our first four-star hotel in the Buda Castle district, where we have hosted thousands of guests and created countless wonderful memories. Over the years, our children grew up, and with them came new dreams. This led to the creation of our two apartment houses: B40 Green ApartRooms and RiverCity Apartments – both located in the heart of Budapest, featuring multiple modern, well-equipped apartments that we designed and manage with care. Our goal has always been to make these apartment houses more than just places to stay – to be comfortable and welcoming homes for our guests during their stay in Budapest, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. As a family-run business, we personally oversee every aspect: communication, cleanliness, and the warm hospitality that defines both properties. Két család vagyunk, akik nemcsak barátok, hanem üzlettársak is. Közösen nyitottuk meg első négycsillagos szállodánkat a Budai Várban, ahol azóta is vendégek ezreit fogadjuk, és rengeteg szép emléket gyűjtöttünk. Az évek során gyermekeink felnőttek, és velük együtt új álmok is születtek. Így jött létre két új apartmanházunk: a B40 Green ApartRooms és a RiverCity Apartments – mindkettő Budapest szívében, több modern, gondosan berendezett apartmannal, amelyeket magunk terveztünk és szeretettel üzemeltetünk. Célunk, hogy ezek az apartmanházak ne csupán szálláshelyek, hanem kényelmes és barátságos otthonok legyenek vendégeink budapesti tartózkodása alatt, akár rövid, akár hosszabb időre érkeznek. Családi vállalkozásként minden részletre odafigyelünk: mi tartjuk a kapcsolatot a vendégekkel, mi gondoskodunk a tisztaságról, a kényelemről és a meleg, vendégszerető hangulatról, ami mindkét házra jellemző.
