The location
This elegant 94 square meter Deco suite is located in the city center, 200 meters from the Opera and a 3-minute walk from St. Stephen's Basilica behind Andrássy Avenue, next to the always busy cosmopolitan area of the old Jewish Quarter.

Enjoy the historical touch in this wonderful apartment with a combination of original style and modern living standards and premium design elements. The apartment is brand new, renovated in summer 2018.

The spacious 30 square meter living room with comfortable sofas and a small balcony, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning serves as a place to relax.

The dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen is a great place for big breakfasts or even a cozy dinner in the evening.

The 2 elegant bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed, one of which has an LED TV for relaxation. An extra bed for the fifth guest is a sofa bed in the living room (bed size: 115x210 cm).

In 2 bathrooms (one with toilet, bidet and XXL shower, the other with toilet and shower), you can take a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home cooking.

The Nespresso machine is a good start.

The house was built in the last years of the Monarchy (Austrian-Hungarian Empire) in 1912-13. The building has an elevator.

Since autumn 2023, hotel construction work has been underway next to the building. On some weekdays, there may be a louder construction phase or the sound of trucks during working hours for a few hours.

Easy self-check-in using a key safe, upon prior arrangement, in accordance with local regulations on self-check-in and e-check-in, with mandatory guest details for each traveler.

Please note that the suite is located in a residential building. Loud parties and loud conversations are not allowed.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds (180x200 cm).

Our extra bed for the fifth guest is a sofa bed in the living room (bed size: 115x210 cm).

All rooms are air-conditioned. There is an elevator in the building.

We love pets, but they are not allowed in this suite.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment has a heating system, during the heating season we do not provide air conditioning remote control.

If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your bags in the apartment during the cleaning time from 11:30, collect the keys and do your first activity outdoors until the cleaning is finished around 14:00.

In case of late check-out, we can allow you to leave your bags in the apartment during the cleaning time until 2:00 pm.
