The apartment features a spacious open-concept design combining a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a bright living room.
The living space is furnished with a large dining table (6 chairs), a comfortable sofa bed, two armchairs, a 58" Flat TV, and direct access to a large balcony with outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing and watching beautiful Cartagena sunsets over the sea.
Bedroom Configuration:
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, large private bathroom, wardrobes, air conditioning, flat TV, direct balcony access, and a dedicated workspace equipped with an escritoire and an ergonomic chair.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds (can be joined into a King-size bed upon request), wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, and an electronic smart lock on the door.
Building Amenities & Common Areas:
Guests have full access to the spectacular social area located on the 27th floor, featuring a 360° view of Cartagena, an infinity pool, a children's pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a barbecue area.
Gym: Available inside the building for an extra entrance fee payable directly at the reception.
Surroundings: Within 3 minutes you will find beaches, mini-markets, pharmacies, and restaurants.
The historic center is a 5-minute taxi ride or a scenic 15-minute walk away.
Major shopping centers (La Serrezuela, Mall Plaza, Plaza Bocagrande) are just minutes away.

Please read the following building policies and local legal requirements carefully before booking:
Mandatory Guest Registration (Legal Requirement): In compliance with Colombian law (SIRE - Migración Colombia) and the building administration policies, it is mandatory to provide a clear copy of the ID or passport of all guests at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This must be the exact same identification document used to travel and enter Colombia.
Pre-registration is strictly required; unregistered persons will not be allowed to enter the building.
Building ID Wristband: Upon arrival, the building administration requires all guests to wear a resort-type identification wristband to access common areas.
The cost is COP 15,000 per person (approx. USD 4.50), which is not included in the rental price and must be paid at the reception only via electronic payment (cash is not accepted).
Visits Policy:
Visits are only permitted for long-term reservations of at least 30 days, provided that full names and copies of identity documents (used to enter Colombia) are sent at least 24 hours in advance.
No guest data changes or additional guests can be added after check-in.
Max occupancy is 6 people.
Energy Saving System:
The apartment uses a hotel-style magnetic key card system to activate the power. Loss of this card incurs a USD 10 fee.
Laundry Services:
The in-unit washing machine and dryer are available for a fee of USD 7.00 per complete cycle (washing and drying).
Detergent and softener are not included.
Optional Cleaning:
Available during your stay upon request for USD 40 per service.

Early Check-In:
Arriving up to a maximum of 6 hours before the official check-in time is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate.
Prior written confirmation is required.
Late Check-Out:
Departing up to a maximum of 6 hours after the official check-out time is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate.
