Your workspace: 500 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi, so video calls and submissions flow smoothly without interruption. The apartment has a spacious desk where two people can work simultaneously; if you're traveling alone, I can adjust the drawers to the right or left depending on whether you're right- or left-handed, so your setup is comfortable from day one. In addition, there's newly installed air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, so the heat won't interrupt your workday or your rest. And when you close your laptop, an outdoor terrace awaits, perfect for sunbathing, reading in the fresh air, or having a barbecue at sunset.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story building with 12 units. It's a very quiet community, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming; you might occasionally hear a parrot.

Upon arrival: I will personally greet you, give you the keys, and a Welcome Pack to make you feel at home from the very first minute. I take care of every detail of the cleanliness so you feel comfortable, and there's free parking on the avenue, no hassle.

In the complex and near the apartment, you'll find: supermarkets, a pharmacy, a gas station, restaurants, banks, a gym, Garañaña Park, and everything else you might need, all just a few minutes' walk away.

Costa del Silencio is ideal for getting away from it all: it's a coastline famous for its natural, rocky enclaves, all within easy reach:
* Playa Amarilla (a few minutes' walk),
* Playa de la Ballena (5-10 min)
* The fishing village of Las Galletas (5 min by car) for tapas, enjoying volcanic sand beaches, excursions, diving, and other activities.

* Los Cristianos, 15-20 minutes by car, for enjoying a day at the beach with golden sand, a promenade, and all amenities. You can also take a ferry to other islands such as La Gomera, La Palma, and El Hierro.

* Tenerife South Airport: just 10-15 minutes away, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient.

Upon your arrival, I will give you a Welcome Pack containing one package of delicious mini toasts with bread and raisins; one log of goat cheese with pineapple and almonds; one bottle of Asturian cider (apple drink), which is delicious and refreshing; and one 8-liter bottle of drinking water. If there is anything in the Welcome Pack that you don't like, please let me know so I can replace it with another product.
