Welcome to our lovely seaside apartment in Siculiana Marina, Sicily, where the Mediterranean Sea is just a few steps away.

Located on the second floor of a residential building, the apartment combines the comfort of a holiday home with an exceptional location: Siculiana Marina beach is only about a 2-minute walk away, while the spectacular Torre Salsa Nature Reserve can be reached on foot.

With its beautiful sea-view terrace and outdoor shower, the apartment is an ideal base for a relaxing beach holiday and for exploring the archaeological sites, nature reserves and spectacular beaches of southern Sicily.

The apartment comfortably accommodates families, couples and small groups and consists of:

A bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space.
The living room also features a comfortable double sofa bed, providing sleeping accommodation for two additional guests.
Master bedroom
A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples.
Second bedroom
A separate bedroom with bunk beds, particularly suitable for children or teenagers.
This bedroom has its own private bathroom, making it especially convenient for families.
Main bathroom
The apartment also has a second bathroom accessible from the main living area.
Hallway & storage
A hallway with several spacious wardrobes provides plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

🌅 THE TERRACE
The sea-view terrace is one of the special features of the apartment.

Enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, an aperitivo in the afternoon or dinner under the Mediterranean sky while looking out towards the sea.

After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower on the terrace is perfect for rinsing off sand and salt water before relaxing at home.

It's also simply a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere of southern Sicily.

You won't need a car to get to the sea.

Siculiana Marina beach is approximately a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

During July and August, several beach clubs (lidi) offer music, drinks and a lively summer atmosphere.

If you prefer something quieter, the surrounding coastline offers many beautiful and less crowded beaches and coves, where you can enjoy the sea and nature away from the busiest tourist areas.

The spectacular Torre Salsa Nature Reserve is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

This protected coastal area is famous for its unspoiled landscapes, cliffs, Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful beaches.
