Ugodno produženje. Želite li ostati duže u stanu? Nema problema. Ako vlasnik potvrdi da je stan dostupan za vas, produžit ćete ugovor online. Slično tome, ugovor se može raskinuti jednostavnom obaviješću od 30 dana prije, opet online.
Sve uključeno u cijenu. Najam uključuje sve usluge, uključujući sadržaje i Wi-Fi, i ne naplaćuje se osim ako ne prelazi 15 % najma. To vam štedi puno papirologije prilikom primopredaje stana. Ako smještaj ne nudi Wi-Fi, to je jasno navedeno na stranici oglasa.
Uvijek 30 dana unaprijed. Bilo da se useljavate početkom ili sredinom mjeseca, plaćena najamnina uvijek pokriva 30 dana koji slijede. Uz Flatio, “mjesec" uvijek počinje s vašim useljenjem i nikada nećete plaćati višestruke najamnine u isto vrijeme.
Snimi fotografije stana. Preporučujemo da snimite fotografije koje prikazuju trenutačno stanje stana na prvi i zadnji dan najma i pošaljete nam slike. Fotografije, zajedno s potpisanim protokolom primopredaje, bit će od velike pomoći u slučaju bilo kakvih neugodnih situacija za koje se nadamo da se nikada neće dogoditi.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Familie ist super nett und die Wohnung war auch sehr gut. Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sie war super ausgestattet, lichtdurchflutet, gemütlich, toller Balkon und gutes WLAN. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Ofen in der Küche, aber damit kam ich trotz meines langen Aufenthalts auch sehr gut klar. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

The studio is located very near of bus stops which took you to the city center in matter of minutes. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet, maybe a bit creepy at night but nothing bad happened to us, not even once.

There is a Tesco Express supermarket close to the petrazalka railway station, 8-10 minutes from the studio. We also had the pleasure of going quite often to "Arena's gym" a very nice place with very kind staff which speaks English (something that many places lack very frequently)

Although, because Bratislava is a small city and very well connected by public transportation, you can easily reach all major tourist and commercial points in less than 15min and with direct bus.
It's a residational, so it's has very few shopping places or restaurants to reach by foot, just the ones for normal groceries shopping.
But you can reach the big shoppings Aupark and Eurovea in 5min or 15min by direct bus.

El estudio está en una casa familiar, es pequeñito y el balcón le da el espacio que le falta, está muy completo y con todo lo necesario para la llegada. Todo en buen estado, luminoso y muy tranquilo. La propietaria y su familia son muy agradables. Está situado en una zona residencial un poco alejada del centro, pero tiene una parada de guaguas a cinco minutos con dos líneas que te llevan al centro en unos 10 minutos.
