Modern and quiet apartment, Vinohrady

Apartment was a great location for the price, walkable to a lot of areas, quiet. Landlord was quick to respond in most cases and addressed texts fairly quickly. Probably best for 2 people max (comfortable sharing a bed).

Expat neighborhood, very English speaking friendly. It is near a gentlemen's club, but also near a large park, plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Locus workspace was a 15 minute walk away (5 minute tram). Mr. Pham Vietnamese was great for affordable, tasty food. Cafedu (near the museum) and Dolce Mente are worth visiting for coffee and treats.

Amazing location and very cool old building and apartment. Unfortunately those are the only good things we can say. The place is very poorly furnished including stains, cigarette burns, broken furniture, and general poor upkeep. Communication with the landlord was also poor, especially when dealing with these simple to fix issues. The potential for this place is amazing, but it falls short due to these issues. It’s a shame, because we couldn't get enough of the amazing area.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, the old town, and many restaurants. It is very spacious and well-equipped, suitable for both short and long-term rentals. During our stay, we only experienced one issue, but the Manager responded promptly and resolved it within hours. Diana, the host, was incredibly accommodating; she waited for our late check-in due to a flight delay and promptly answered all our questions.

This is a relatively calm and secure neighborhood, populated by many foreigners, which facilitates communication in the nearby stores. It's also conveniently located near the railway station, making exploring other parts of Czechia easy. Additionally, if you're concerned about noise, you needn't worry you won't get any disturbing noise coming from this station. Also, you are 30 minutes as max walking(you really won't get tired of walking in this city) away to any place you want to visit, even the old town square.

Adelitas Mexican Restaurant, Black Betties Grill, La Vie, and just walk around, you will find a lot of amazing shops, coffees, and a really nice fully-walkable park with the best views of all the city(sunset lovers. This is the place).

Great location, clean, good communication with the owners, overall a very nice experience

The apartment is fully equipped and a very nice place to stay. Very spacious.

My only comment is that I would not call this specific apartment quiet - it is ground floor, and did not seem well insulated to sound. There was noise from being on the ground level, which is to be expected (as the landlord pointed out when I messaged about this concern). You can hear people talking, car doors shutting, garbage removal and street cleaning trucks. But there are also things like two loud sets of doors you can hear loudly when people enter/leave the building, and a school across the street which also generates noise and commotion around the apartment.

For some this may not be a bother or affect them, but I was looking for a very quiet place so the apartment did not meet that criteria for me personally.

If you are not sensitive to noise, I would recommend this place to stay.

Vinohrady has the beautiful Prague buildings, but is much more city like in nature. Bigger busier streets and also a much more residential feeling than other parts of Prague.

The flat is amazing! Really spacious and fully equiped. It's also located in a quiet and beautiful area. The Landlord (Lenka) was really suportive.

Sousedstvi je naprosto uchvatne centrum mesta 5 min od vsech hlavnich pamatek. Jediny problem je parkovani.

1. Byt je v krasne lokalite a je celkove velmi hezky
2. Byt nebyl radne uklizeny kdyz jsme se nastehovali
3. Domluva se slecnou byla, ze nam doda druhy klic, nikdy uz se neozvala
