The landlord was precise and accurate in it’s answers to all my questions. During my stay, which lasted for 45 days, I never had any issue of any kind.
The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The presence of all the “additional utilities” such as given and washing machine was very appreciated.
The apartment is situated in the very center of Prague, a few hundreds of meters from the main square (old town square).
The only negative aspect was the sound from the next door apartment, which is also used as B&B accommodation. The sound isolation is not the best, but I never had problems of any kind even in that regard.
I would highly recommend it for couples and single person staying.

The flat is big, quiet and clean, in a very convenient downtown location, 10 mins walking to the river and supermarket. All the necessity, cooking staff etc is prepared in the flat. The owner is very easy to talk to and quite warm person.
