Cozy studio T0 35m² in the heart of Lisbon

Great place, freshly renovated, looks exactly as it is shown, very suitable to work from. Miguel was a great host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend to everyone, and will stay myself again.

The neighbourhood is very local and not too busy despite relatively close to the centre. There are two metro lines 10 and 15 min walk downhill, and two bus routes close to the house. So despite being close to the city centre, it is not that quickly connected to more remote parts of Lisbon.

The studio is perfect and has everything you need. The environment is calm and good for working remotely. It’s located in the heart of Lisboa and it’s possible to do everything just by walking. It's my second time and definitely I'll be back! Miguel is always very kind and was available to help with whatever I needed.

o apartamento mesmo sendo pequeno é muito agrádavel.
é muitissimo bem localizado e ainda assim em uma rua bem calma para ser no centro de Lisboa.
o prédio em si é bem seguro e o local também é muito seguro e bem familiar.
dispoe de todos os itens básicos para cozinhar, e fazer o primeiro café... o apartamento é muito bem iluminado e tem luzes agradaveis.
o chuveiro é fantástico e como cheguei em um dia um pouco mais frio Miguel e Sonia colocaram aquecedores a disposicao que funcionaram super bem. o apartamento é seco e ao mesmo tempo bem isolado e ventilado...
Miguel nos deu otimas dicas de restaurantes baratos e bons nas próximidades do apartamento.
a comunicacao foi super descomplicada e objetiva. tanto com miguel como com sonia.

para quem quer vivenciar um pouco da vida portuguesa é um ótimo lugar.

It's the perfect flat for a short stay in Lisbon. I've found the flat to have everything I needed for the stay. The insulation in the room is better than most Portuguese flats, so I was never really too cold, and there's a nice functioning heater as well.
And Miguel's an amazing landlord. He's very responsive, and is happy to help with whatever you need in order to have a good stay. I've had a very pleasant experience staying at his flat for the last two months.

The neighbourhood is very central to the commercial area of Lisbon, so it's a perfect place to stay if you're here for work.

Awesome studio in a great neighborhood. Cooking was a bit complicated as there is only a hot plate, so if you're needing to make something with multiple pans you've got to get creative. Lots of sun and relatively quiet aside from general street noise. Miguel is incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe & comfortable, I genuinely appreciate all of his help & awesome recommendations.

The apartment is a great place for staying an extended amount of time in Lisbon e.g. to do remote work. The location is great and close all central areas while offering a quiet environment with shops and restaurants for daily accomodation close by.
The owner is very forthcoming and supportive to ensure a great stay in Lisbon. Highly recommend the flat!

Miguel was an excellent landlord, very helpful, communicative, and fair. I liked the apartment a lot as it has a nice skylight and a pretty high ceiling. It was clean. I think the studio is suitable for one person who just needs a place to work and rest and who doesn't cook a lot. The location is great, right next to a supermarket and a bus stop and a park. I would recommend the place to others.

The area is between the Intendente and Avenida subway stations. It is up on a hill, close to a viewpoint and a park. It is very nice and safe.

The studio is beautiful and has everything you need to work remotely or to relax after a nice walk around the city. Miguel was very kind and helped me with whatever I needed. I totally recommend it!

The studio is new and cosy, surpassed my expectations! The studio has a nice and modern bathroom with towels and a convenient kitchenette. I stayed there for two weeks, and it felt like home! Communication with Miguel was super smooth and pleasant. Totally recommend this place and will stay there next time I’m in Lisbon, thank you!

100 m from the studio is a supermarket that has all the basic things you need for a medium-term stay. Just a few steps away from a beautiful park and not far from the city centre (15 min if you take the metro, 25 min by walking). The neighbourhood has a lot of nice places to eat and drink, cosy bars and looks safe.

I would recommend to try PSI - vegetarian restaurant that is just a few minutes away from the studio!
