Apartment is located in a historical part of Prague – Zizkov very close to the main train station, shops, and a lot of restaurants.
A lot of interesting places just in a few minutes’ walk from the apartment:
1) XIX century neo-gothic cathedral just right at the corner of the building and you can see it from your windows
2) The famous Zizkov’s Television Tower, from which you can see a stunning view on Prague, just in a 10 minute walk from the house
3) 700 m from the apartment in hotel “Olšanka” you can use the services of a sports center “Olšanka”, which has a 25 meter swimming pool, sauna, spa, etc. Also in hotel “Olšanka” from 7:00-10:00 all of our guests can have breakfast (with hot meals and fruits), and price for our guest is 4€.
4) Nice connection with a city center (6 minutes by tram or 20 minute walk).
5) For beer junky nearby is a nice Czech pubs where you can taste local food and of course beer.
6) Very close is pizzeria “Einstein” (for students second pizza is free)
7) Just a 12-minute walk from the main train station.
8) In front of the house is public parking place where you can park your car just only for 40 CZK/hour (from 08:00-18:00) and weekends and night is free.
It is possible to park your car next to the house on paid parking and cost is 12 euros / day.

Basic but comfortable space, well-outfitted, in a quiet building. Located near public transportation, and within walking distance to essential shops as well as good food and entertainment options. Host were very helpful and responsive before, during, and after our visit.
Some of the furniture/appliances are dated, but the bedding and sofa are quite comfortable. The overall space is quite roomy for the price. Building has no lift, so be prepared for the stairs.

V bytě jsme bydleli pět týdnů. Byt je čistý, zařízený jednoduše, ale vše je funkční. V domě je klid. Lokalita je dobře dostupná z centra, zároveň je blízko pěšky do Riegrových sadů. Jediné, co nám trochu vadilo, byli lidi stahující se na lavičky před kostelem a velký nepořádek, co po nich zůstával. S majitelkou se komunikuje dobře, měli jsme problém s bojlerem, který byl z její strany vyřešený rychle a bezproblémově.
V bytě jsme bydleli pět týdnů. Byt je čistý, zařízený jednoduše, ale vše je funkční. V domě je klid. Lokalita je dobře dostupná z centra, zároveň je blízko pěšky do Riegrových sadů. The apartment is ok for the price, and overall we had a good experience. That being said, the appliances are getting a bit old (especially the heating, we moved in the winter and we had a hard time getting the room warm the first few days, but once it got warm it was all good).
As a big plus, the owners where very helpful whenever we needed them.

The flat is nice and straightforward. Slightly basic but has everything necessary. It is very well located and convenient. The owners were very kind and helpful. We had some difficult moving circumstances and the owners were very flexible and extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout the rental period. Very nice to deal with.

The flat is ok for a short stay, but has a few flaws. Heating devices are not in a good shape for winter months. Furniture is overused, but still functional. I would recommend to invest some money in the renovation. Otherwise, Alex and Natalia were very responsive, answered our every need, helped with all the problems we had. The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood and close to the city centre which is nice. We had some noise problems with the upstair neighbours - people who tend to live in the building have parties and would not recommend this flat for the people who want quiet nights. But maybe it was just our luck and future tenants won’t have these problems. Overall: an older apartment in a nice location with very responsive landlords.
