My friend and I rented this apartment for our semester abroad in Budapest from February to early June, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, with a fantastic central location that made everything easily accessible. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we always felt secure during our stay.
One of the highlights was the proximity to Metro Line 3, which is just a short walk away. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient, and we were able to reach the Danube and the city center in no time.
The apartment itself was wonderful, especially the two balconies where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The space was exactly as described and truly felt like a home away from home.
Our landlord, István, was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and always available via WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed assistance. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.
We absolutely loved our time in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Budapest, this is it.

The well-divided three-room apartment is modern and in very good condition; the two of us lived there for 5 months.
Thanks to the lovely, detailed and tasteful furnishings and decoration, we felt comfortable from the very beginning and after a short time we even felt at home. We often welcomed friends and everyone was very impressed by the beautiful apartment. Also worth mentioning is the good location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, a few meters away there are shopping facilities and a station of the M3. There is also a station of the 4/6 tram not far away, which runs around the clock, as well as the Danube, where you can go for a walk or enjoy the sunset. István was always available by phone or WhatsApp and often asked us how we were doing. He is a thoroughly sympathetic and helpful person who you can always ask for support.

The apartment is beautiful and it's one of the best equipped short term rentals I've ever stayed in. Ideal for working as it has a workdesk and good internet.
The location is great, easy to get to Corvin plaza and all of the restaurants in that area are pretty affordable.
Apartment complex is new and quiet, so if you want to get a good night sleep this is amazing choice. It has an underground parking spot which comes in handy.
My favourite parts of my stay were the fact that there was a small park right as you go out, two sushi restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk and lots of grocery stores.

The apartment is beautiful and it's one of the best equipped short term rentals I've ever stayed in. Ideal for working as it has a workdesk and good internet.
The location is great, easy to get to Corvin plaza and all of the restaurants in that area are pretty affordable.
Apartment complex is new and quiet, so if you want to get a good night sleep this is amazing choice. It has an underground parking spot which comes in handy.
My favourite parts of my stay were the fact that there was a small park right as you go out, two sushi restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk and lots of grocery stores.

This apartment is fabulous. New and modern. Comfortable, with high attention to details. We loved every minute spent there. The building is also new, built in 2021. Clean common areas, closed inner yard, brand-new elevators makes you feel comfortable and safe in this house.
Location is perfect, very close to the city center and at the same time this area is calm, quiet and relaxed.
The flat is fully equipped. Anything you may need is there: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, A/C etc. Since we worked from home during our stay, the internet speed was very important. WI-FI is very fast, it handles two simultaneous video calls easily with no issues. If you arrive by car you can park it in the underground garage free of charge.
The landlord, István, is very intelligent, polite, supportive and great person. Communication with him was excellent.
