Bright apartment in Avenidas Novas

Pedro’s place is a lovely spot - perfect for relaxing and working from home. I had a very comfortable stay. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation nearby. Checking in was secure and easy. I took advantage of having an office to use. There are two balconies that I would love to come back and enjoy in the spring or summer.
Communication with Pedro was clear, timely, helpful, and kind. Thank you Pedro for making my stay very comfortable!

Close to the airport. It’s very quiet except for the planes flying overhead periodically. They become background noise very quickly. If you’re a city dweller you might not even notice. Otherwise this area of Lisbon is somewhat flatter, more residential feeling. There are many small shops and grocers, some restaurants. It’s close to several shopping centers and museums.

We spent three weeks in the apartment, and it was amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed with a friend for 20 days at Pedro's place. The apartment is great, Pedro is very pleasant to communicate with. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the strong noise from the airport, the planes are flying very loudly. Therefore, you need to take very good earplugs.

Pedro's place was well thought out and functional. Everything was there that I needed. He's very responsive and that made staying here a breeze. The location is good for those who need to be near everything. Very convenient. Thanks!

Nice and big flat, beautiful terrasse, everything clean, well equiped kitchen, good communication and easy check-in. Only downside were the planes which you could hear, but we got used to it and were happy with our flat.

We fell in love with the terrace:) Other than that, the process of check-in was super simple, and the apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable living. The owner was very supportive at all times, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality, I wish we could stay a little longer...

The metro is just 15 minutes away from the apartment, and there are 2 lines within the same range. Auchan, which works till 9 pm, is just 5 minutes from the apartment, and a minmercator in about 3, which works till 10 pm, also there are a few restaurants nearby.

I needed last minute accommodations. The apartment was perfect to get some work done and rest, even with the airport traffic, I still slept well. The terrace patio is especially beautiful and the place is walking distance to shops and grocery stores and a beautiful garden (suggested by host). Pedro is easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure renting from him. He was very kind to provide new pans upon my arrival. Thanks again for everything.

I felt safe walking the neighborhood during the day - I did not venture out at night. All basic amenities walking distance.

Our host was very quick to reply on questions and requests and very friendly! He also helped us with some suggestions around the area.
It was nice that everything we could need was available at the house. It was very clean when we got in. Pedro's house is a cosy place. With the terrible amount of rain it was damp, but a dehumidifier was there. Just a heads up, there is airtraffic. If you're going in town it won't bother you and at night it stops.

Very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is super cosy and you feel like home. Very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The house has all you need. I also really enjoyed the big balcony. Pedro is a great landlord. I wish all the best :)

Quiet and safe

The landlord was very kind the whole time and the house is super cozy. We loved the time we spent there. The only problem is that the place is a little far from some transport and it is on the third floor, so it is a little tiring to go up.

We had the pleasure of staying at Pedro’s property in Lisbon for 1.5 months, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Pedro's flat is very nice and cozy. The terrace is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and it has also a small studio perfect for working. I found all that I needed. The only downside was the humidity (I went on Junuary and on some days it was raining) but there was a dehumidifier to handle that. I recommend the flat.

The neighbourhood is quite local, a bit far from the center but there is the metro at 10/15 minutes by foot.

It’s a bit noisy because of the airplanes but you can close the windows and it’s fine.

I stayed for almost a month and it was the perfect apartment! The terrace was stunning, and the apartment is just as cute as advertised with everything you may need. The neighborhood itself is also super close to supermarkets, very walkable and also has one of the best restaurants for local portuguese! My landlord seriously went above and beyond, leaving me wine when I arrived, and was super communicative during my stay. I would definitely stay again!

I would recommend Santa Maria restaurant for the best cod, bass, steak and desserts!

There are not enough words to describe the impressions of Pedro's apartment. Excellent location in a residential area, there are shops nearby, within walking distance of a shopping center, metro and train station. The apartment itself is very sunny and green. it is felt that the apartment has a soul, it all creates a wonderful atmosphere. Especially, I want to note the wonderful terrace that complements this apartment. The apartment is perfect for long stays. Pedro is very friendly, open to communication and always ready to answer! Definitely recommend, you won't want to leave!

Great, I didn’t notice them at all

Pedro was a great host. We had a slight issue with the power going out and he was quick to respond and resolve for us. The apartment is quaint and nicely decorated, lots of plants, a spacious balcony and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is well placed with local amenities nearby, and a metro stop only 10 minutes or so walk away.

I’d highly recommend Pedro’s home to others!
