Charming apartment in the center of Lisbon

The apartment was pleasant and we had a good time there. I wish I knew beforehand that the main toilet and shower room is centrally located and apparently planed without much consideration for privacy... It led to some awkward moments. And the airplanes landing above were very noisy and frequent (we were there in August).
But aside from that we had a good experience there, and felt it was a good return for the fair cost requested.

It's a few minutes walk uphill to the chic neighborhood of Campo de Ourique, where you can find anything from supermarkets to bakeries to restaurants. We loved the closeness to Tapada das Necessidades, a beautifully neglected park with chickens and pavos roaming around. And of course Jardim da Estrela a bit further away.

Rita was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rita’s apartment. It is relatively close to the city and close to the river (good for running!). We were both able to work from home because the apartment has 2 desks in different rooms, which was important to us. Communication with Rita was great. All in all, would definitely recommend 😊. Tips for things in the neighbourhood; Melbourne for coffee and breakfast, red nose wine bar for natural wines and the Mercado de Campo de Ourique for food. LX factory was also within walking distance, the market on sundays is great!

It is an upcoming neighbourhood with lots of nice places around. It’s not that busy and a little bit further from the city centre.

Unique, cozy, very sunny and well planned apartment in a quiet area. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. The beds were comfortable, all kitchen appliances worked well, including the washing machine. TV and Wi-Fi worked well.
Central air conditioning and heating worked great. We visited in December and January, the heating was sufficient.

Rita was just incredible with us. She was very helpful and flexible I even lost one of her keys and she solved the issue without complaining. She's just an amazing human being. The apartment is just gorgeous, everything works , great location near by walk distance parks and restaurants and people around is friendly. I totally will rent again in there and I fully recommend you this rental. Be prepare if you have a lot of luggage to climb many stair because the apartment is a penthouse, however the building is not that high so dont worry, much love.

Good apartment with all necessary and excellent wifi connection

I recently had the pleasure of renting a delightful apartment for a month, situated perfectly near charming French district. The apartment is flanked by the serene Park Estrela and Basilica, offering a daily dose of tranquility and architectural beauty. Additionally, being in close proximity to one of the city's oldest cemeteries and a lovely park adorned with peacocks and geese makes this location truly unique.

The apartment itself is well-equipped and caters comfortably to a longer stay. Its amenities and setup ensure that you have mostly everything you'd need. The only slight drawback was the neighbors being a bit on the noisier side, particularly for someone like me who loves to let in the fresh air with open windows.

For those who might rent this space in the future, I have a couple of local recommendations:
Great Caravelas CrossFit Gym: a mere 12-minute walk from the apartment, this gym is perfect for fitness enthusiasts.
Melbourne Elouera: your go-to spot for morning coffee and delightful Asai bowls. It has a cozy ambiance that sets the tone for the day.
Ritalinos Restaurant: Offering impeccable service and mouth-watering dishes, this place should be on your list for a fine dining experience.

All in all, this apartment offers a blend of historical charm, nature's touch, and urban convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the essence of the city!

Everything was excellent, great landlord!

Cozy, unique apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great for remote work. Comfy bedroom, spacious living area, cool OLED TV, and a tiny balcony made the experience even better. Superb host, highly recommended.

Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. В квартире есть абсолютно всё, чтобы комфортно жить. Очень аутентичное окружение - "настоящий Лиссабон". Рядом чудесный парк. Нам очень понравилось.

Это не самый центр и здесь нет толп туристов. Но все близко и транспорт очень удобный. Это не обезличенная новосторойка, каждый дом по соседству уникальный. Это был интеренсый опыт.

Если идти к поездам то пройдете мимо парка Park of Necessidades. Не проходите! Это уникальное место. Там поют петухи среди кактусов это потрясающе)
