Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.
- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.

Měli jsme trochu smůlu, že zrovna dva týdny našeho pobytu probíhala rekonstrukce fasády, což bylo trochu hlučnější a prašné. Jako kompenzaci jsme dostali poslední noc zdarma.
Byt je moc příjemný, všechno bylo funkční, bydlelo se nám v něm krásně.

Vynikající lokalita, blízko Les Artes, autobusy jsou hned ve vedlejší ulici. K dispozici je i prádelna, pod domem je skvělá restaurace, v okolí je několik supermarketů.

Les Artes, historické centrum, moře, Carmen.. všechno je na dosah.
