Country house with garden located in Malveira da Serra, overlooking the Beach of Guincho. House prepared for people with motor disabilities (access ramps and elevator). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the outer area has meal zone and barbecue.
Casa Mira Guincho is located in Cascais, on Malveira da Serra Road 4km from the wonderful Guincho beach and 8km from the center of Cascais.
The house is located at the top of the mountain, in a very quiet area, with a wonderful view that allows it to enjoy unique moments of tranquility and leisure.
With a fully private 800m2 outdoor space, with slip and slopes for the children, and a barbecue zone to enjoy fantastic outdoor meals.
The garden is a real paradise with beautiful nooks, plants and stunning flowers and a breath -cut view. It's the ideal place to relax, play with family, read a good book, have a drink, enjoy a meal abroad.
It is allowed to bring your dog, since there is a kennel in the rear of the house.
The whole house is prepared for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. In the garden there is access ramp to the house and inside the house there is an elevator for access to the upper floor. The house has no stairs to access the upper floor, only the elevator.
Although there are protections, caution is advised in the circulation of the outer zones and attention to children.
The house has a equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your meals, living room, a complete bathroom, a bedroom with double bed on the bottom floor and another bedroom with two individual beds on the top floor.
The whole house has air conditioning for your comfort, wireless Wi-Fi and there is TV with international channels.
Windows can contemplate the wild beauty of Guincho Beach and the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our company exclusively uses the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment for complete and effective cleaning, including the sanitation of clothes and towels.
All our housing are certified by the Directorate General with the Clean & Safe Seal

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas.
• The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed before consultation and prior authorization.
• Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.
• It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - 100 €
• Locking lock that requires technical intervention - customer paid for the intervention
• Forget the keys inside the apartment, demanding a new visit from Welcomer - 25 €
• A House Manual will be supplied in the apartment at check-in. Please comply with the rules.

Our stay was great. The house is really comfortable and has an amazing view on the ocean. Easy check-in or check-out, great BBQ area and a selection of good restaurants nearby.
The only thing that could be improved is the installation of a washing machine, especially for longer stays.
Overall we couldn't be happier with this rental!
