Dénia is easily reached from both Alicante (ALC) and Valencia (VLC) airports.
• Direct buses (ALSA) run from both airports (approx. 2–2.5 hours)
• A taxi from Dénia bus station to the property takes around 5 minutes
• Shuttle transfers are also available from both airports

• Contract requirements Guests are required to complete the standard Flatio rental agreement. In addition, to comply with Valencian regulations, guests will also be asked to sign a short additional document after booking. This is a standard administrative requirement for stays of this type and length. This document is not a separate rental or tenancy contract. It is a government mandated form only, used to comply with local legal requirements.
• Mandatory guest registration (Spanish law) All guest details must be registered with the police (Ministry of the Interior) before arrival. This is done via a simple online check in through our secure Villa Check In system using passport/ID details. Full instructions are provided after booking — it is quick and straightforward.

Las Marinas is a lovely neighbourhood along the beach front in Denia, it has been a regular destination for my family for over 30 years and gets better each visit. The only thing that prevented a 10 was they have closed the local Spar store and now it’s a 5 minute drive tops rather than a walk around the corner. Maybe we’ve become too used to things being perfect!
