It is a very comfortable Chalet with innumerable advantages as it is close to the town center, the yacht club and between the sea and the mountains.
It consists of three rooms, two doubles and the third type suite.
It has a garage in front of the house and a patio in the rear area that leads directly to the community garden where you will find a large olympic pool.
It is a fully equipped house very bright and fresh. It is a Townhouse located in the most tourist town of the Costa Blanca. Building of 2003, distributed over three floors, has 105 m2.
The ground floor offers a living - dining room with access to a porch terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bathtub. The last floor, ideal for guests, offers a bedroom with wardrobe and a trundle bed with furniture that gives way to a large terrace that offers unobstructed views of the mountains and a bit of the sea
You will enjoy a pleasant exterior with two patios with two orientations (one of them can be used as private parking). The gated community shares green spaces, playground and two community pools
SOURROUNDINGS
Campello is a fishing town known for its excellent cuisine.
In an area of very quiet urbanizations and close to the sea and the mountains.
You can reach the capital Alicante on the trenet
Access by car is made by a very accessible ring road.
The center of town is reached by walking for about 10 minutes
The Chalet is located in a private urbanization in an unbeatable area of El Campello, close to all kinds of services and amenities.
Its incredible weather throughout the year, make Campello the best vacation spot on the Mediterranean coast.
Its diversity of beaches (coves, elongated, with caves, with fine sand, etc.), as well as its marina, make Campello one of the best tourist villages on the Mediterranean Coast.
With a nearby shopping center with services such as supermarket, cafeteria, restaurant and shops.
ATTRACTIONS
It is an ideal environment for families, very quiet and well connected by public transport, with the tram at the door, as by car on A7 and very close to the marina
About 12 kms. Alicante airport one of the busiest tourist airports in Spain but, without aircraft noise.
Also close to other tourist cities and cultural interest such as Alicante or Elche
Hiking trails from the house, mountain biking, diving, surfing and other sports can be done.

We had to clean the apartment as it was so dirty we couldn't stand it. The floor, the cutlery, the dishes, etc.
At the end when we cleaned up the spaces of the apartment where we stayed, and the owner still deducted 50 euros for cleaning, as the 'new cleaning lady' found dust.
Honestly wouldn't recommend the place at all to stay. Incorrect owner.

All the restaurants on the beach nearby are really good, no particular one to recommend.

Also they wanted to sign us an list with all there belongings with prices of the items on it.
I refused to sign as most of the items are a bit older already and a lot is damaged.
Took photo's as soon I moved in just in case.

My dog peed on a fence once and within 5 minutes I had messages on my phone it should not pee and poo everywhere.
This was in the first week.
Other neighbours taking photo's of me taking the trash out? Bit mixed feelings on this one.
