Ugodno produženje. Želite li ostati duže u stanu? Nema problema. Ako vlasnik potvrdi da je stan dostupan za vas, produžit ćete ugovor online. Slično tome, ugovor se može raskinuti jednostavnom obaviješću od 30 dana prije, opet online.
Sve uključeno u cijenu. Najam uključuje sve usluge, uključujući sadržaje i Wi-Fi, i ne naplaćuje se osim ako ne prelazi 15 % najma. To vam štedi puno papirologije prilikom primopredaje stana. Ako smještaj ne nudi Wi-Fi, to je jasno navedeno na stranici oglasa.
Uvijek 30 dana unaprijed. Bilo da se useljavate početkom ili sredinom mjeseca, plaćena najamnina uvijek pokriva 30 dana koji slijede. Uz Flatio, “mjesec" uvijek počinje s vašim useljenjem i nikada nećete plaćati višestruke najamnine u isto vrijeme.
Snimi fotografije stana. Preporučujemo da snimite fotografije koje prikazuju trenutačno stanje stana na prvi i zadnji dan najma i pošaljete nam slike. Fotografije, zajedno s potpisanim protokolom primopredaje, bit će od velike pomoći u slučaju bilo kakvih neugodnih situacija za koje se nadamo da se nikada neće dogoditi.

Great hosts but the studio needs some maintenance work…
The place was amazing! Very clean and in the perfect location. It has everything you need as its very well equipped. Its a secure place as theres a gate to get through before the actual house. The hosts are very friendly with quick communication. Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely home!

Andreia and André were quick to respond to the issues in the house. It's a quiet area hence we slept peacefully. The sun roof window is really cool and brings in a lot of natural light upstairs. However it's not easy to work remotely since there is no proper desk. The internet was also not very stable at first but was ok towards the end of our stay. Everything else was great. Nice bathroom. Would be great to replace the couch with a desk instead. Thanks for hosting us!

Fully equipped cozy two floors apartment in quiet area, 10/15 minutes walking distance from the city centre. A/C perfectly working, nice outdoor area. We spent some 40 days there, very happy. Andreia is very helpful and reactive. Suggested.

We stayed at this house for nearly a month, and it perfectly suited our needs, every detail well thought out, very clevery arranged, and ideally located near shops and the metro. Andreia was wonderful to deal with, she was very helpful and kind, and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and these owners!

So much right around Marques square, just a couple of minutes' walk, and the metro is right there, allowing access to all the great places to see.
We stayed at this house for nearly a month, and it perfectly suited our needs, every detail well thought out, very clevery arranged, and ideally located near shops and the metro. Andreia was wonderful to deal with, she was very helpful and kind, and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and these owners!

We had a really lovely time at this flat. The location is good, it's a 15 min walk to the downtown area where all the bars etc. are, but it was peaceful at night. There are also plenty of food options nearby, useful shops, bakeries, and some nice places to walk. It felt like a little more of a 'local’ area where we got a feel of the real Porto.
The flat itself is cute and cosy, and the kitchen had enough space for us to cook together and is well stocked with equipment. The bathroom was nice and clean and modern, particularly the shower which was really nice with great water pressure. There's a little outside bit, shared with a few other flats, and for a few hours in the middle of the day it would get the sun, which was really nice for sunbathing and working outdoors, and also very useful for drying clothes.
Andreia and Andres kindly provided us with many of the toiletries and cleaning products we needed which was very much appreciated! The wifi is reliable and fast and we both managed to work remotely from the flat together a lot of the time, and even managed to both have virtual meetings at the same time (one upstairs one downstairs) only needing to speak a little bit quietly! The flat was well supplied with clean towels, and spare bedding, and a couple of blankets for if it got cold (it didn't).
The only issue we had was that there were quite a few power cuts during our time there - generally any time we turned the washing machine or the oven on at the same time as the stove. This just meant that we had to correctly time things to make sure we didn’t have too many appliances on at the same time.
Other than this we really loved our time here, and we loved Porto. Andreia and Andres are super helpful and responsive and made stay as comfortable as possible. We'd recommend this place for location, cost, modern living, local amenities, and having great hosts. Thank you Andreia and Andres!
