We welcome you in a quiet, historical place, surrounded by gorgeous hillsides of vineyards and olive groves, interspersed with farmhouses, turreted castles and fortresses and ancient hamlets: this is the typical Chianti landscape, possibly the best-known of all of Tuscany.

We are located above Greve in Chianti in the heart of Tuscany, between two great cities of the Renaissance: Florence & Siena.
From the town of Greve in Chianti, we are on the road winding through the hills that connects the Greve Valley from the Pesa Valley, here is the Pieve di San Cresci.
The relaxed atmosphere of Chianti and the splendid historic building, from the 10th century, form an exciting combination.

We run a residency for artists, a very creative community! The space allows guests to live and work surrounded by history, nature, and local traditions.
Wifi internet connection has been tested by numerous guests who have stayed and worked here and who have decided to come back.

LOCATION
Just 15-20 minutes walking from the city center (Greve in Chianti) , with easy access to supermarket, restaurant, public swimming pool, wine testing , weekly market and more.
Rides to town are often available.
Excellent public transport connections: bus to Florence frequently

Possibility to taking beautiful hiking excursions.You can walk to Montefioralle, just in front of the apartment; it is one of the most ancient villages of the Chianti area and it's still enclosed by its original defensive walls. Here the houses and the streets are made of stone, creating a charming atmosphere. You can stop in for lunch or just for a stroll.
On the road to Greve in Chianti, you can reach Castello di Verrazzano winery.
Does Verrazzano’s name sound familiar to you?
Giovanni da Verrazzano, the explorer who discovered the bay of New York, was born here in 1485.

Large and sunny room with double bed, located in an apartment on the first floor of an old historical complex dated 10th Century.
N. 2 Bathrooms ( one w/shower and one w/buthtub) and kitchen are to be shared, so also living room and equipped kitchen.
