Online ugovor na vašem jeziku. Osnova je ugovor sklopljen na jeziku mjesta najma, ali ugovor je uvijek preveden na engleski i najčešće korištene jezike. Ugovor se uvijek potpisuje online, tako da ga možete zaključiti gdje god se nalazili u svijetu.
Jamstvo pouzdane prezentacije stana. Uz Flatio, možete biti sigurni da stan izgleda točno onako kako je prikazano. I ako, kojim slučajem, stanje stana ne odgovara opisu u ponudi, vratit ćemo vam puni najam i naknade te dati 7 dana besplatne hotelske sobe.
Ugodno produženje. Želite li ostati duže u stanu? Nema problema. Ako vlasnik potvrdi da je stan dostupan za vas, produžit ćete ugovor online. Slično tome, ugovor se može raskinuti jednostavnom obaviješću od 30 dana prije, opet online.
Sve uključeno u cijenu. Najam uključuje sve usluge, uključujući sadržaje i Wi-Fi, i ne naplaćuje se osim ako ne prelazi 15 % najma. To vam štedi puno papirologije prilikom primopredaje stana. Ako smještaj ne nudi Wi-Fi, to je jasno navedeno na stranici oglasa.
Uvijek 30 dana unaprijed. Bilo da se useljavate početkom ili sredinom mjeseca, plaćena najamnina uvijek pokriva 30 dana koji slijede. Uz Flatio, “mjesec" uvijek počinje s vašim useljenjem i nikada nećete plaćati višestruke najamnine u isto vrijeme.
Snimi fotografije stana. Preporučujemo da snimite fotografije koje prikazuju trenutačno stanje stana na prvi i zadnji dan najma i pošaljete nam slike. Fotografije, zajedno s potpisanim protokolom primopredaje, bit će od velike pomoći u slučaju bilo kakvih neugodnih situacija za koje se nadamo da se nikada neće dogoditi.

Great experience during my stay at Zagreb, Josip is a great landlord! He makes sure that everything is okay during your stay. The flat is near a tram station that connects Utrina with the rest of Zagreb, there is a supermarket nearby, a lake for running, I had everything I needed during my stay. Highly recommended place to stay!

The room I rented is spacious and has a great view of the neighborhood, the mountains, and the park's trees across the street. It includes a flat widescreen TV, a mini fridge, and ample storage space for all your belongings. The room is also well-lit with plenty of windows, which was a big plus for me.
Josip is an awesome landlord and a genuinely great guy. He's super understanding and really cares about both the apartment and his tenants. Josip is chill, friendly, and always quick to help with any issues that might come up.
Plus, he knows Zagreb like the back of his hand and always has the best tips for places to check out if you want to avoid the many tourist traps.

Great flat with amazing view and all equipments you can dream of. The owner is really kind and helpful. I strongly recommend ! The only point is maybe the distance with the city center (around 30 min by public transport)
