I am 55 years old, of German-Czech origins and I live in France. I am a professor of computer science, I am married and I have two children. I travel to Prague several times a year and when I am there I stay in my apartment. Therefore I am looking for mid-term tenants. My father lived in the apartment for 20 years until 2020, and while I have renovated it extensively with the conveniences one would expect, it still has a personal touch to it that my family likes and I hope you will too. I have family in the upper Rhine region which is why I go there regularly. So for my apartment in Neuf-Brisach, I am also looking for mid-term tenants.
Je mi 55 let, mám česko - německý původ a bydlím ve Francii. Jsem profesorem informatiky, ženatý, dvě děti. Několikrát v roce jezdím do Prahy, a pak bydlím ve svém bytě. Z toho důvodu byt pronajímám na měsíc. Můj otec bydlel v bytě dvacet let až do roku 2020. Poté jsem byt celkově zrekonstruoval a moderně zařídil. Přesto si byt zachoval osobitou atmosféru, která se líbí mé rodině a doufám, že se bude líbit i Vám!
Ich bin 55 Jahre alt, tschechisch-deutscher Abstammung und wohne in Frankreich. Ich bin Professor für Informatik, verheiratet und habe zwei Kinder. Ich reise mehrmals jährlich nach Prag und wohne dann in meiner Wohnung. Daher vermiete ich meine Wohnung monateweise. Mein Vater wohnte 20 Jahre lang bis 2020 in der Wohnung. Seitdem habe ich sie umfassend renoviert und modern ausgestattet, doch die Wohnung hat immer noch eine persönliche Note, die meiner Familie gefällt und Ihnen hoffentlich auch! Ich habe Familie in der Gegend von Freiburg. Aus diesem Grunde besuche ich auch diese Region regelmäßig und vermiete meine Wohnung in Neu-Breisach monateweise.
J'ai 55 ans, j'ai des origines tchèques-allemandes et j'habite à Toulouse. Je suis professeur d'informatique, marié et j'ai deux enfants. J'ai de la famille dans la région de Fribourg-en-Brisgau. Pour cela je voyage régulièrement dans cette région, et je cherche donc des locataires à mi-terme pour mon appartement à Neuf-Brisach.

L'appartement est très bien situé, équipé, chauffé. Le piano a un son magnifique et c'était un privilège de pouvoir jouer sur un tel instrument. Le propriétaire, qui parle français, est sympathique et facile à joindre pour toute question. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Prague et je reviendrai.
The flat is neatly situated in town, well-equipped and heated. The grand piano sounds great and I felt it as a privilege to play on such an amazing instrument. The owner speaks several languages, is friendly and easy to reach for any question. We had a wonderful stay in Prague and I will come back.

A safe neighborhood, close to Prague castle, but the street is not touristic so it is very quiet. The town center can be reached in 20-30mn with the public transport, the airport is not that far as well. A supermarket at the corner. Beautiful panorama at a 5-mn walk near Strahov monastery

This is a beautiful, well-maintained apartment in a wonderful neighborhood, close to Prague Castle, parks, main tram lines, etc. Jan-Georg is an exceptional landlord, always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The Petrof grand is a very fine instrument that Jan-Georg was kind enough to have tuned in advance. Highly recommended.

The apartment is tucked away on a side street near one of the main thoroughfares of the district. While it is near a freeway, the windows block out virtually all of the sound. Prague Castle, Strahov Monastery, Brevnov Monastery, and beautiful neighborhoods such as Střešovice and Ořechovka are all just minutes away by foot.

In addition to the places mentioned above, Malý Buddha is an excellent Asian restaurant nearby, while Moje Kredenc is a café and gourmet food store with very good breakfast offerings.

While the grand piano will be an attraction for many that won’t disappoint, the flat is comfortable and quiet in a great location. Easy walk to old town past the castle as well as trams and buses close by to easily get you around. Jan is a pleasure to work with and cares about keeping up with maintenance and ensuring your stay is a good one.

Great flat! It is very cozy and comfortable with nice antique furniture and feels very homey. The landlord was very warm and helpful and responded right away whenever we had any questions. The location was perfect for us. The flat is located a short distance from the castle with many pubs and restaurants near by. A nice walk down Petřín Hill and across the bridge is a wonderful way to start the day if you want to go to Old Town. We often took the tram back up which was very convenient and inexpensive. It is the same tram that takes people to the castle and runs every 5 minutes or so, with a picturesque route through Mala Strana.

Jan-Georg was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I recommend the rental experience.
The flat is super cosy and well located in prague. The castle is very close by foot, perfect for the sunrises; and the teams allow you to reach the city centre easily
