When I first got to the apartment I was in absolute shock because the photos do not do it justice at all! It was amazing and I was so happy with it, it was extremely clean and there was even a little welcome pack with some essentials! Also, before I arrived the communication with the host to meet me to get the keys was very quick and the woman who greeted me was professional but friendly and showed me inside. There was a couple of issues with the WiFi and lighting but it wasn’t for very long and it was due to a random blackout in the area. I used to live in Valencia a couple of years ago but in a different area, but I loved the 4 weeks I spent at this place and fell in love with Ruzafa, would love to stay again! :)

Ruzafa has so many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of so many different styles and cultures but in the middle of so much amazing architecture, you’ll never be bored!!

I stayed in the apartment for three weeks, and I have nothing to complain about - everything was good. Apartment was clean and bright, seems renovated recently; there is a transportation nearby; numbers of groceries/cafes. I'd stay there again if I ever need it.

We had a great month, everyone from the reception to maintenance staff was very accommodating and helpful. Our unit was very nice and made our stay in Valencia a pleasurable experience.

We found the Valenbisi bikes really useful! You can cycle to most of the main stuff in just 10 minutes.

Apartment was very clean and new, but a little bit small, but it is ok. Location is perfect. Also communication with landlord was good, Anna helped us when we need it.

+ The location was really nice and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were confortable.
- The walls are thin and if you get someone in the room next to you, you will require earplugs to sleep. The internet was unusable in the first room we were in. The internet 's speed varied anywhere from 0mb to 5. As we work remotely, after we complained about the internet, they were nice enough to move us to a room closer to the router. In that room we got around 10mb.

The neighborhood was nice and chill with a shopping mall right across the street from the apartment. The apartment is close to a very nice park.

An inappropriate apartment for a medium-long stay. The apartment is noisy since it is located on a main avenue with up to 10 car lanes and an intersection. It was not well insulated and at night the noise would not stop. This forced my early departure from the apartment and Monlar Homes has not wanted to solve the problem by any means. Additionally, in the area there are many street kids asking for money to park in public areas, if you don't pay, they will scold you. I don't recommend it at all.

Campanar neighborhood is simple and with access to public transportation. But I don't see the area in which the apartment is located as safe.

Perfectly located and very well maintained. I think the landlord should publicize their 24-hour service desk better; it certainly made both my arrival and departure absolutely painless. A pleasure to work with and would gladly stay at one of their properties again.

The flat was just what I expected. I could occasionally faintly hear other folks talking after 22:00, but I slept just fine. Just zero hassles and I liked the place and the staff.

Not the main downtown in Valencia, and not gorgeous, but amenities were all right there and easy access to everywhere I wanted to go.

Always quick to respond. I liked them and the place so much this was my second time renting the apartment. The location is nice and close to many interesting places. The Wi-Fi was strong.

The apartment was ready for occupancy when I arrived much later than expected, after a train delay. The landlord kept in touch with me since the access methods changed after hours. Everything in the apartment functioned properly and it had what I needed to start my stay.

Very bright and large flat. Furniture and appliances were in excellent condition. The flat is located in the centre of Valencia and the landlord was always in touch and helpful. Very nice gifts upon check in (household small things for comfort).

Ana of the owners office was always quick to respond. When I discovered the microwave was not working she immediately sent someone to replace it. The location is nice and close to many interesting places. And the sound insulation was very good although close to an avenue. When I closed the windows the outside traffic was not intrusive, and I never heard my neighbors. The Wi-Fi was always strong and allowed me to get my work done.
