The apartment is wonderful — very bright, spacious, and comfortable. It has everything you need for everyday living, and you can really feel at home there. The location is also great: there are shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, which makes the area very convenient and pleasant to live in.

I also want to mention how great the communication with the landlord was. Hanna is a very friendly, kind, and welcoming person. She was always quick to reply, very helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was good. It was a pleasure communicating with her.

I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Potrebovali sme docasne ubytko kvoli rekonstrukcii pre 4clennu rodinu (s 2 malymi detmi 6 a 3 roky). Do bytu sme sa zmestili viac menej bez problemov. Terasa je paradna, a vyhlad z nej rovnako tak. Kedze je byt v samom srdci Holesovic, bolo velmi jednoduche odskocit si na nakup, na kavu (skvela kava do 500m na vsetky 4 svetove strany) ci na veceru / obed.

If something needed doing, Hana was on it that day or the next day. I asked for a fan (ventilator). I had a brand new one the next day. The vacuum cleaner broke. The next there was a new one on the doorstep. Excellent response time and action

Susjedstvo
It is undergoing a rejuvenation from the Communist days and is being slowly gentrified. It is not fully complete but is rapidly becoming one of the better neighbourhoods in Praha. Lots of good restaurants and cafe's. Dry cleaner down the road. Albert grocery a 1 minute walk. Tram stop on the corner coming back from town or down the block (Delnicka) if going into town.

Outstanding communication with Hana. I asked for a fan (ventilator) and it was delivered the next day. The hot water failed and fixed the next day. No problems at all. Balcony view to the south. From the kitchen you can see the Vitkov statue. Albert and Billa and Penny grocery stores nearby. Lots of cafes on the main street. Dry cleaning 3 blocks south. Public transit (trams) within a 3 minute walk. Top floor so no noise from neighbors. Not in a tourist zone like PRG 1 so streets are walkable. Highly recommend.

Susjedstvo
It's locals (very very few tourists since it is across the Vitava river. Lots of cafes restaurants and bars. It is a 30-40s demographic so any cafes that are not excellent soon go out of business. It is similar to Kitsilano in Vancouver BC

In 10 years of living overseas in the summer Hannah and her apartment have been the best by far she was the best Communicator always quick to bring over anything that I needed and the place was the most well stocked flatio or Airbnb place I have ever stayed at she was absolutely awesome

I rented in this area kind of on a whim not knowing what I was getting myself into and I could not have been happier restaurants in this neighborhood are incredible the transit is right around the corner just far enough away that you can't hear it but only a 3-minute walk and as my barber said people are moving to this neighborhood because everything is so safe and clean

Příjemné jednání s majitelkou, pěkný byt, slunný, překvapivě velký výhled na Prahu. Plus je výtah v domě, balkon, parkování ve dvoře. Byt je dobře a hlavně kvalitně vybaven, nic nám nechybělo. Byl to příjemný pobyt, majitelce děkujeme Blažkovi, Morava
