Lived there for one year and I have to say. Over the time when COVID was at its strongest which forced us to remain in the house more often and longer than in normal situation, I still really liked the house. The house was comfy from the first moment all the way till the end.
Marketa is amazing landlord and whenever there was a need or problem she was super easy to reach and always make the effort to solve it.
From me this was one of the nicest experiences I had and if anyone is considering this house it’s a solid yes!

Marketa was an amazing host. Super helpful with everything I needed. The accommodation was of great standard, very well kept and clean. The location was exactly what I needed, in a nice area with good transport links. I would highly recommend!
Susjedstvo
The neighborhood is very quiet, lots of families and young professionals. Not a lot of noise which is good. It has a supermarket within walking distance like 5 minutes away and a bus and tram stop which take you right into the centre of Prague within 20-30minutes.

I would recommend checking out the Eden Mall that is a few bus stops away, lots of good shopping and a food court.

This is a lovely apartment- it feels very homely, it is a good size and it is walking distance from a large Kaufland supermarket and a few other shops, plus there is a big shopping mall with a H&M, Tesco and gym three stops away on a bus. It is on the 11 and 14 tramlines which makes travelling around the city easy too. The apartment is well equipped- it has a sofa bed for guests, a balcony, a big TV, a computer and even a piano and exercise bike. It is very quiet and feels very safe around the apartment. Also, Marketa is a great landlord too- speaks perfect English, is very friendly and responds quickly. Overall, I fully recommend here as a place to stay.

Nice flat in a great neighbourhood nevertheless the whole furnitures is cheap not to say no longer usable, particularly kitchen utensils and the sofa.
Worth noting the very little water flow in the bathroom and sometimes the disappearance of the said flow.
