Na Letné jsme bydleli již poněkolikáté a pan majitel nám vždy vyšel maximálně vstříc co se týče termínů nastěhování i vystěhování. Byt je čistý, ve skvělé lokalitě kousek od Stromovky a s pohodlnou dopravou do centra.

First of all, the host, Tomas, is a great guy, always available and never failed to help/assist us, no matter the situation. Everything we needed help with was done in a heartbeat and with a smile. Great location between 2 beautiful parks, next to a shopping mall with almost everything you need and with good tram connection day and night. The flat itself is okay. The main room is spacious and the bed is comfy, the kitchen is quite small and for us (a couple that cooks a lot) just not fully satisfactory (it is manageable, oven, stove and microwave available, but really tiny space), the bathroom and separate toilet are nice. Big plus for the washing machine. All in all great for a midterm stay.

Flat is really nice! Area is amazing. You will LOVE staying there, you should got for it!!!!!!

Location is truly amazing (shops, parks, tram stops, museums, yoga studio etc).

Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect: he was very reactive, very flexible, making sure everything will be perfect for me, extremely kind.

The flat is really nice, rather big, lots of space, a good mattress, a desk if you do home office. quite good furnish for cooking and living for 1 month. You will feel at home!
it's a typical Prague building, with a high ceiling, that creates a good sensation of space.

the building was rather quiet, and the area is quiet.

Something to know (not a problem though): it's on the ground floor (but elevated floor, so people in the street don't see the flat !), so there is no really light in the flat, i went there during winter, grey weather, it's was pretty dark.


2 tips to upgrade the experience and make it more than perfect: it will be better to have another set of towel and bed sheet (quite a challenge to wash everything and have it dry for the night), and a 2nd bed cover even if you are just one person ;)
It will be nice to have more thick curtains (at night, the lights of cars is quite strong. There is a few cars passing by, but when you woke up it might be a bit agressive :)

As you see, it's only details. I recommend you this flat!

You will find everything you need: shops, malls, grocery stores, butcher, hipster shops, second hand shops. But also cultural life (Nova Spirala, museum, etc). Many trams stops, day and night.

Majitel odpovídal téměř okažitě a když se náhle rozbila pračka (jediný problém za celý pobyt), ihned zprostředkoval její náhradu. 10/10.

A good place with an excellent location (very close to everything you need to live in - stores, cafes, etc.).
Tomas is very pleasant and helpful with various issues, thank you for that!
The peculiarity of the apartment is that it is on the first floor and you will hear the sounds of closing the house's front doors and how the neighbors come in/out, especially early in the morning. But there's nothing you can do about it.
In general, everything was fine.

I recommand a walk on the parcs around the flat, that are beautiful. The local shop are nicer and there is a brand new mall just next to the flat

The flat is large and well situated. We spend two weeks in there. There is mall center with a Lidl grocery at 2 minutes walk, and the Main Street with various restaurants is 3/4 walk.
What we really like was all the parks around the area. Very nice if you are enough of Prague centre. Also lot of foreigners lives in the area . The Technical museum is one to not miss.
The kitchen has no toaster.
