My name is Mark and I have been a 5* "Superhost" on Airbnb for 6 years. I am opening the property up here for guests that require longer stays. Though listed under my company, it's just me providing personal service and support for your stay in Prague! The apartment is located in the vibrant Karlin neighborhood in Prague 8. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, wine shops and food markets are a short walk away. The apartment itself is quiet, faces the courtyard and has a terrace outside for your use only. It is on the first floor (not the ground floor), and there is a lift in the house. Tram and subway stations are less than 5min walk from the house. It's also possible to walk to the center in about 20min (*****).
For business needs, a desk/table, 50mbps wifi, and a comfortable work chair are there! There is also a clothes washing machine in the apartment.

Cozy, clean spot in Karlín close to a park, public transport, and plenty of food/drink options. Mark was very easy to communicate with and super understanding when my initial arrival got delayed by a stalled train. The flat also stayed reasonably cool during a heatwave with blinds closed, windows facing the interior courtyard, and a fan inside. Would stay again!
Susjedstvo
One of the most sought-after neighborhoods to live in Prague. Think residential vibes while still close to the center and multiple tram/metro stops nearby. The tiny minimart nextdoor is open till 2:30am, handy if you need to grab a snack or drink. Not silent but not rowdy, and a pedestrian bridge connects the area to artsy Holešovice.
