My name is Consuelo, and I've been renting this property for 10 years. All our tenants have been wonderful people, and we're still in touch with many of them. We've had students and young professionals stay here, from Italians and Japanese to a few Spaniards, of course. Everyone has been delighted and left happy with their time in the apartment, thanks to its proximity to essential services and leisure areas, as well as the friendly and safe neighborhood. They've also highlighted how easy it is to live with our 26-year-old niece, who lives in the other room. She studies and works, and we get along very well. She speaks English and German, in addition to Spanish.
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and decorated by us in a youthful style that I hope you'll like. I'm an IT specialist and work from home, so I can usually respond to any needs promptly.
