The apartment is located in a wonderful area with parks and playgrounds . It is comfortable and has all the equipment you need . It has a wonderful view. Metro and tram is 1 minute far. Also Borislavka mall is near to the house. Dana and her husband are very kind , cooperative and helpful persons . She provided us all we needed about the apartment and gave us advises about the area . She respondes instantly and she is respectful. I definitely recommend this apartment .

Náš tříměsíční pobyt v pronajatém bytě proběhl bez problémů. Spolupráce s paní majitelkou rovněž. Výhoda je blízkost metra, zároveň je v bytě klid.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment with a great view. Close to all kinds of public transportation. The metro station is less than 1 minute away.
Close to two big supermarkets (billa and lidl). Less than 20 minutes from the center of Prague. The owners are great people. I deffinately recommend this place!

The landlord answered politely when we faced some troubles during living there. So, we could spend our marvelous time in the landlord's apartment. Thank you very much.

The neighbors are friendly, but their dogs often barked, so it sometimes made me surprised. Except that, the environment is OK.

This apartment is close to a big shopping building, which includes the shops: LIDL, pet center, cafes, bio market, clothing store. So, it is easy for us to start a new life in Prague.

The flat is a good choice for whose who just need a place to sleep. It's location is great, but it's very noisy. Trams and cars are just under the windows. Besides, it's the last floor and it's very hot in the summer. Be careful with the door - it has super lock that may decide not to let you in.
The flat has everything for the life - dishes, furniture, etc., but it doesn't feel like home. Everything is old, linens are terrible, windows are broken. I couldnt stay more than a month

Přestože u hlavní silnice, v okolí je klid. Přes cestu menší nákupní centrum se vším potřebným a zastávky mestra a tramvaje v podstatě u domu.

Dana was a very helpful and kind person. We enjoyed our stay in this house for a year. Dana and her husband are readily available for any help in need. They kindly provided us with clothes for winter.

This apartment is very near to the Borislovka tram, metro and bus stop. The Borislovka centrum shopping complex is very near and has a variety of shops DM, Lidl, Muu etc. Billa and Tesco are also present but at a little distance possible by bus or tram.

Dana (and her husband) is a very friendly and helpful landlord, especially in the begining she gave me a lot of hints for getting to know the city. The appartement itself was also fine, as shown in the pictures, and everything worked fine except some smaller issues which were fixed in an instand after telling Dana.

Dana is a great landlady, staying at her place and communicating with her, felt like with a family member. She was quite supportive in every request we had and very respectful to our privacy. The flat is quite comfortable and the location, even if it might look a bit far, is very well connected with metro and trams so you are in center within minutes. Highly recommended.
