My Name is Remy den Boer,
Together with my brother and sister-in-law, we own an apartment in Spain. The apartment is located at Los Balcones, which is a neighborhood in Torrevieja.
The apartment is new build, delivered in 2025 and we are the first owners.
Since then, we have been renting the place out are now aiming for long term rentals.
