Staying in Alena‘s flat was a perfect fit for us. The flat is thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable one month stay. It was spacious enough that we had plenty of room for us as well as our 8 month old daughter. We made good use of the extra balcony room as an office space and for drying clothes. The location was also great, right next to Lidl and Ohrada Tram station, which was very convenient and fast to get to anywhere we wanted to go. Very good value overall and really happy with our choice. Alena was also very nice, super helpful and easy to reach.

The neighborhood is close enough to the center to reach anything one would like within 15-20 minutes. It is clearly a neighborhood though that generally hosts locals with only very few tourists, if any. Lidl is right next door, and there are plenty of affordable rather than fancy restaurants around. It is a very good place to get better value for a longer stay, that is more focused on daily (family) life and work rather than the full tourist immersion in the old town center.

A very pleasant stay! Alena is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. The flat is amazing—bright, cozy, well-equipped, and even better than it looks in the photos. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by, and the city center is just a short tram ride away. I honestly can’t think of a single negative. I highly recommend staying here!

Narodni muzeum- mineralogickou vystavu a expozici zazraky evoluce , Zoo Praha, Strahovsky klaster, Prazsky hrad, Valdštejnsku zahradu, Výstavu ve Valdštejnské jizdarni a procházka Vyšehradem (v podzemi- v kasematech jsou vystaveny originály soch z Karlova mostu- da se tam objednat vstup).

Alena is a great landlord, always available to support a tenant's needs and can flexibly adapt to changes and necessitites. She puts great care in the apartment and she keeps taking care of it even during your stay (of course with communication with the tenant). The apartment is extremely comfortable and cozy, very recommended!

Alena is a great host, answered all my questions, and helped a lot during my stay. All things described in the ad were present in the apartment, therefore it is very convenient for a short stay. The apartment is homely and cozy. The district is vibrant and the transportation is excellent, but I actually quite enjoyed long walks when I needed to get to the city center or some other place interesting. Overall, this accommodation is totally money's worth.

The neighborhood is nice, with a lot of places to eat and nice buildings to look at. Close to the railway and bus station, stops of convenient public transportation are nearby, for example, 207 bus. But you can walk as well if you like long walks.

Alena is an amazing landlord, she was so helpful with anything we brought to her attention. Her apartment is also wonderful, the perfect location outside of the city center but still close enough with a tram stop and grocery store right out front. We felt right at home in Alena’s apartment and are very thankful for all her help!
