It was a very clean location and the way to the City Center via Metro line A is shorter than expected. I Highly recomend this location

very big room with 2 single beds,the worst part is the kitchen dirty and the distance from the metro(its at least 1.5 km) and it is far away from the center. The host was kind and helpfuls, good for the price.

The room was fair by its price, the bathroom also added up to make it worth the rent cost. Radim was great to me every time I needed something, replies fast and he's super understanding!

The room has a wardrobe, desk, chair, and private bathroom. The shared spaces are large and clean. The Intenet works well throughout the house. Public transportation is reliable and a 5-7 minute walk away. The flatmates are welcoming. I would stay here again if I needed housing in Prague!

I stayed here for 8 months and intend to come back! Great quality/price -ratio and great neighbours, perfect place for short term or even a little bit longer term living in Prague. 10/10

The flat is good for the price. Landlord said it was 6-7 minute walk from metro stop, but really it is like a 12-minute walk; something to keep in mind if you are a daily commuter.

Also the office chair in the bedroom could not have its height adjusted, and so sitting at the desk was uncomfortable. Overall though, a nice spot and I would definitely rent again!

The apartment was very clean, in a very good location close to metro, trams and buses. The shared kitchen was very clean with all the needed equipment. Also the tenants are usually young expats, so you can easily make some new contacts if you 've hust moved to Prague. Also the accomodation price is a really good. Finally, Radim is very kind and helpful and I would totally recommend this place.

A very peaceful and idyllic place at a good location. I would say that it is impossible to find cheaper accommodation with the same quality and location in Prague.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and nice. However, the distance to the closest bigger shop (such as Lidl) is slightly greater, as well as the distance to the metro station. A tram line is pretty nearby, though.

Room was very nice, you have your own bathroom, landlord is very friendly and helpful, the location is good as well. The amenities like hot water, heating and wifi usually work very good. There's a minifridge in the room and the closet is quite big. They provide you with bedsheets and blankets and you can change them every month for free. There's a housekeeper that cleans the kitchen and common spaces. The kitchen is ok, not the biggest, cleanest or best equipped but enough for someone that doesn't cook a lot. For a fee you can get your clothes washed but it might smell of tobacco afterwards.

There are many options for public transport: tram, bus and even subway (around 12 minutes walk). There are a couple of options for the supermarket and also a couple of restaurants. Nice neighbourhood for jogging and walking your dog. There's also a mall a couple of tram stations away.
