Fajne, małe mieszkanie dla 1 -2 osób. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum a jednocześnie cisza i spokój. Jeśli miałbym "przyczepić się do czegoś", to przydałaby się choć jedna nocna lampka, poza tym jest wszystko co potrzebne do życia. Polecam w szczególności studentom Praskiej Szkoły Filmowej, mieszkanie to jest 10 minut spacerem od szkoły :)

The apartment is great, and Dominika was very friendly and responsive. I had a great stay there for 10 months. The flat is bright and has all the amenities. Though the sun never shines directly inside, as the windows face a backyard surrounded by buildings. Sometimes there was noise from the neighbors and construction, but the neighbors can cooperate if you talk to them. The biggest downside was that the apartment is very cold as it faces south and is in a stone wall building. While that is great in summer and no AC is needed, it’s not very nice during winter as it is always too cold, despite having two heaters. However, overall, the flat is great, big, and cozy. The neighborhood is awesome, close to everything. Petrín hills and Kampa Park are right there. I loved staying at Dominika’s place and I’d happily come back if I get the chance :)

It’s a busy neighborhood, full of grocery stores and cafes. It’s near many parks and great for walking. During the evening, it’s more quiet. Novy smichov is ten minutes walk away.

The Spot Cafe right in the corner is fantastic. Bella Vida cafe is 5 mins away and amazing as well. Many coffee shops around that make great coffee.

Dominika and her partner were excellent landlords—considerate, communicative and responsive—and the apartment was very comfortable and well located. It was perfect for a one-month stay for one person—for two people it might have been a bit small for that amount of time, given that the lounging area and sleeping area were in the same room. The three flights of stairs helped keep me fit, and the courtyard-facing windows helped me get a good night's sleep!

The apartment is right on the border between Malá Strana and Smichov; on the Malá Strana side, the businesses tend to be oriented toward tourists, while on the Smichov side they're oriented more toward locals. Smichov isn't the most hip or elegant neighborhood in Prague, but it hosts a huge mall (Novy Smichov) and plenty of good pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Access to the rest of Prague by tram is super-convenient from the apartment.

I was in Prague for a teaching gig, and when I wanted to get out of the apartment to do some thinking or writing I chose from among these three cafés in Malá Strana, all of which maintain a low-key vibe and serve at least as many locals as visitors. Don't expect obsequious or super-efficient service at any of them—just enjoy the chill humanity of the staff.

Skautský institut v Rybárně: counter service, a semi-hidden, shaded riverside garden, and the best beer in the world (Únětické pivo 10°). Great for people-watching on a summer afternoon. The first building on your right as you enter the Kampa park.

Kavárna Mlýnská: full service bar/cafe with coffee, simple (and delicious) light meals, lots of space—thought it fills up with locals on weekend evenings. Just opposite the Skautský institut on Kampa.

Dobrá trafika na Újezdě: tobacconist, newstand, gift shop and bar/cafe, all in one. Pass through the shop to get to the cafe, enjoy a drink and a smoke in the garden while you work, grab your slip on the way out and pay at the register in the shop. This place hasn't changed in a long time, and I hope it never will.

Probably the best apartment that I’ve ever had in my life - amazing interior, central location, great communication with the landlords, and affordable price.

Bright, clean, roomy comfortable flat in a great location for a mid/long-term stay. Dominka was very responsive in all communications and very helpful whenever there was a question. The neighborhood is accessible to public transportation, also walkable to many landmarks (Kinsky Garden, Petrin, riverside). Good amount of shops, cafes, food options and other conveniences in the area for anything one might need. Pleasant experience here overall.

Bydlení pod Petřínem nám velmi vyhovovalo. Vybavení a zařízení bylo přesně takové jako je na fotkách. Při nastěhování bylo uklizeno a umyto. K dispozici jsou pračka a myčka, výbava na úklid, povlečení, televize. Veliké plus jsou okna do vnitrobloku, takže v bytě je ticho a klid - zevnitř i zvenčí. Byt je v centru města blízko k Petřínské rozhledně s dostupnými spoji na tramvaj a metro a s možností parkování přímo před domem.
S bydlením jsme byli moc spokojeni tak i s přístupem majitelů, kteří byli milí a vstřícní.
