Eliška was a super friendly and helpful host! No matter what we needed, she was always available and ready to help. The apartment itself is in a great location and has everything you need—and much more. I am very happy with my stay and would come back anytime!

A somewhat alternative neighborhood, but with lots of charm and beautiful buildings. Everything you need is nearby, and the city center is only 15 minutes away by tram!

A Eliska é muito gentil e foi fácil se comunicar com ela! Obrigada por toda receptividade.
O apartamento fica na mesma rua da estação de metrô e ônibus, sem dúvidas a locomoção pela cidade foi muito fácil e é acessível chegar em todos os lugares rapidamente. Também fica próxima a restaurantes legais, cafés, parques, academia, etc. O local é bem iluminado e arejado, é uma ótima acomodação para duas pessoas e sem dúvidas a máquina de lavar roupas e louça foram muito úteis.

Bydlení bylo super, dostupnost naprosto dokonala, 100 metrů a jste na Florenci, kde vám jezdí všechno, přitom sama ulice je klidná. V bytě je všechno co potřebujete, možná i něco víc. Komu záleží na interiéru, tak tady si to užijete, moc takových bytů fakt nenajdete. Trochu skřípou parkety, ale je to starý luxusní byt s 4 metrovým stropem, to k tomu patří. Kuchyně je velká a vybavena vším včetně myčky. V koupelnê ovrovská vana. Spolupráce s majitelkou dokonalá, Eliška je super a se vším co je třeba pomuže. Byt 100% doporučuji!

Byt je plně vybaven, od žehlícího prkna, kuchyňského nádobí (některé poškrábané) až po základní suroviny ke kuchtění, je tak vhodný pro dlouhodobé pobyty. My jsme zde strávili měsíc v zimě. I přes vysoké stropy a starší okna bylo v bytě teplo.
Apartmán se nachází ve třetím patře historické budovy, tudíž je zde slyšet veškerý hluk z chodby a z provozu výtahu. Výtah je velmi malý a občas se zasekává.
Majitelka nám byla velmi příjemná a během celého pobytu nápomocná.

Susjedstvo
Stnice Florenc (metro, tramvaj i autobus) je velmi blízko bytu. Supermarkety (Albert, Billa) a spousta restaurací je přímo za rohem.

Great location with a short walk to bus or tram to get anywhere. Grocery store Lídl walking distance as well as coffee shops, etc.
Good size apartment with comfortable loft bed. Quiet, even for a light sleeper I am. Big kitchen, easy adjustable heating, warm water with nice pressure always.
Negative side was TV wasn't hooked up at all, which was unfortunate during Christmas season. Eliška tried and made it work for the second half of our stay there, which was appreciated. Kitchen as big as it was wasn't equipped enough for cooking an occasional supper. Cramped shower with toilet. Over all it was good experience.

Safe part of the city with a tourists accommodations, restaurants and shops. Side street with less traffic than usual. Close enough to the centre of the city but far enough for a quiet relax time as well.
Nice neighbourhood for a walk.

100% recommended. This was my first experience with Flatio and I must say I am suprised from how good it worked. Eliska is always there for support, answering messages immediately and giving support when needed (for instance extra iron or towel, or when unfortunately I had to leave earlier than expected because of a family situation at home). Flat was clean and with everything you need.

Karlin is a really nice area, you will find coffe places (Parlor, Kasarna Karlin), restaurants (asian, traditional, take aways) and it is accessible to metro, tram and bus station. Personal plus: cool bouldering gym in less than 10 min. walk.

It was an amazing experience staying there! Eliška is a Superhost! Everything was really wonderful: the apartment is located near the nice park/hill and just 15 minutes walk to the city center. The flat itself is big enough with absolutely everything you need for the comfortable life. Internet connection is pretty fast and durable, neighbors are quiet.
My overall score is 6 stars out of 5 ;)

My husband and me stayed in this apartment for two months due to the reconstruction of our flat which was uninhabitable at that time. The apartment is located in a quiet house and all the equipment is in good condition and looks like as in the photos (very clean). Eliška is really nice, communicative person who takes care of you. In case we need to stay again in Prague, we will definitely return to this apartment.
